I'm not from sherwood, I was visiting staples trying to buy a very specific headset, to get me to Fort sask on the busses. I was helped by not just one amazing staff, but two.
Sadly they didn't have the exact headphones I wanted, but they helped me get a wall block required to use said headphones on my extremely tight budget. Amazing folks.

Had a very very awful interaction with an associate by Mary, stood in long line to drop off a package when there was only one girl helping everyone. nother employee tried to help with the long line but Mary interruppedand did not allow her to help. I was so frustrated I decided to leave the store. Very poor management would not recommend, very dissapointed

Worst staples - avoid at all costs. Every time I come here for anything I’m made to wait and wait and wait and wait. They screwed up my online order and I’ve been waiting 10 minutes now for someone to come to get it rectified. The lady at the front cash has paiged twice.

I wish I could rate the Staples lower. I am so disappointed in the lack of care they have for their customers. go anywhere but here. I should’ve tried somewhere else who cared because maybe they wouldn’t lose my papers. I have tried calling the store, countless amount of times trying to contact l someone from the printing or customer service but no one likes to answer phones. I think they enjoy the ringing as background music I feel.
The printing services cost too much money. You’re better off to go to education station to get lamination or to just order from Costco. I needed 26 pages laminated for my classroom that starts tomorrow I needed it to be done ASAP. I was told it would be done in the morning the next day, but when I went in to check they had lost it and then they said that it’ll be an additional two hours. I get a call six hours later saying it is done. My students will not have name tags or schedule, tomorrow. So I’m really disappointed thanks a lot Staples. I’ll make sure Students will order from school start and not staples. Thank you again

Went there to drop off a package at the FedEx counter. The employee told me my package was over the 4-ft allowance at this store and grabbed a tape measure. She barely measured 16 in of the package and told me it was too big. I'm sure it was over the 4 ft but it only takes a second to measure the whole thing but the problem was, when I asked what location do I need to go to to drop my package off. She told me she didn't know rather dismissively and just walked away. I assumed she was going to find some paperwork or an address for me so I waited. After a minute she returned and didn't say anything, so I asked again (under the assumption she left to look it up) and she rudely responded "just Google it". She had multiple other employees nearby that she could of asked but instead choose not to be helpful. I am very disappointed in my experience at this location. Hopefully management will address the issue.

I've been to this store many times and have always had a good experience. Yesterday, I went to take passport photos for two family members, and one of the employees at the photo center gave me a unpleasant experience. From the moment I said the first word, she started frowning. I guessed my accent, as someone not born and raised here, offended her.
Since I took photos for two people, I should have received two links on my phone to download different digital photos. She mistakenly sent me only one link. I had to spend another hour going back to the store, so I asked her to resend the correct link. When I finally successfully downloaded it, I wanted to thank her and let her know that it worked this time. Before I could say anything, she immediately said their computer had issues and that she had to restart it,that is reason why you dont received link yet. I don't know if she was still unfamiliar with the work process or if she was just making excuses to deflect blame onto me. Regardless, there was no apology or attitude shown.

I've been here 2 times in the last month and had wonderful people help me both times I don't remember the ladies name the helped me print out legal forms waS nice and made it a easy experience and the young man today name was jaxson I think he helped me download pictures to a USB stick for me I was very greatful what a great guy not sure that was his job but he went above and beyond to help me a great young man was very helpful so happy was a great experience both times will keep coming back ..thankyou 10/10 for me

Purchased a standing desk and chair for the first time online. Because of a back injury and I can't lift heavy objects I was told in store to purchase online and it would come to my house.
Well it came and 3 boxes were dropped off and the driver left. Now I'm left to put everything together myself.
There was no communication that I couldn't purchase assembly from online and that it would be extra.
A little tired of being apologized to and nothing happening. Not to sure if I'll do this again.

My friends and I came to buy a chair for one of our desks on Saturday. He picked out a chair and we asked a staff member for help to get the chair. He said he would call for someone, so we waited at least 15 minutes and no one ever came to help. We watched multiple staff walk past us but no one ever came. And there was maybe 10 other people in the store so it wasn’t busy. Within the span of 20-25 minutes, we asked multiple more times and kept being told there was someone coming before we took the display chair to the front and asked the 3 staff members talking at the front for help. Apparently that’s what it took for someone to come help us. Only then did we get help, and ironically it was from one of the staff members who we watched walk past us lol

Store was well organized and it was easy for me to find and the office chairs available. Shocking lack of customer service though, especially in a not-very-busy store. I hung around the office chairs and laptop section thinking to catch the associate in computers, once he was done with the person he was helping, to coordinate my purchase. After several laps around the section I realized he was not with a customer but was yapping with another staff member. This is my second disappointing experience with this store location. Do better.
