“Hunter has become a friend.We have a VW LT28 that we imported from Europe to do the Panamerican road.We arrived in Edmonton when our vehicle died on the highway while driving.The first mechanic didn't find the problem and then we found Hunter.With a lot of patience he worked for several days to test and try all the engine parts, filters, spark plugs, etc...At first we thought the problem was the ECU because it had a bit of corrosion, but the final problem was the second injector, we ordered one from the UK and now thanks to it we have reached California.Hunter is the best mechanic we've ever met.He works on diesel and petrol engines and also works on the electrical part of the vehicle, in short, if you have a problem go to Mad Lab Automotive.Thank you so much Hunter for your help.Greetings from California ?”

“I needed a very difficult job to be performed on my 2010 Toyota Highlander. On my first/diagnostic visit the owner (Rick) was kind enough to give me a ride to/from my home since I didn't have access to a second vehicle. Blair did a great sourcing hard to find parts (due to the SUV's age), it took over a month to obtain them but he perservered. The mechanics completed the complicated task (it involved more than one day of labour) and all seems well three weeks later (Blair assured me if any problems arose to bring it back in).”

“This is the best Jiffy Lube; located in Terwilliger! I have gone here a few times and have always been amazed on the exceptional service they give to their customers!! I went in today to get my transmission fluid changed but they told me I was still good.Then I asked them to help me figure out why my engine light came on; and the person checked for me. Then he took the time to explain the issue and even fixed the problem!!! Love this location and I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for great customer satisfaction!!!”
“I took my car here when the engine light came on this morning. I called ahead of time and they managed to squeeze me in an hour later. Brittney and the other admin were super nice on the phone and in person. Aaron was the mechanic that worked on my car and he did an extremely thorough job. He found multiple things that were wrong, explained them to me and managed to fix it all in a timely manner.I don’t know much about cars and I was stressed finding an honest shop. The staff here went above and beyond to help me. I have an extremely busy schedule so getting everything done in one day was so helpful. “I brought my car in for an oil change & inspection on March 5th and was advised that I had 2 big leaks; my Coolant and my Transmission. I brought it back on the 11th for the guys to fix my Trans leak, and they did so in good timing and good pricing. They are honest with the work that NEEDS to be done opposed to work that "needs to be done" like dealerships tell you.
