“Walked by Floc today with my mom and my two dogs. We stopped to admire the coats in the window as we had been searching for something similar. We didn’t think we could go in but one of the ladies there, who’s name we found out to be Crystal, waved us in! She told us the store was puppy friendly and to come on in for a look. “Writing this a little late but I have a couple of opinions I feel need light shined on. Came in on Boxing Day looking for a couple of things for my nieces birthday. I came in and who I assume the manager named Tammy I believe was rude and rushing me. However 2 girls named Dana and Bianca came up to me and helped me out the entire time. They were extremely kind and caring about my experience, and also checked up on me in the fitting rooms after I finished . Will definitely return for her as they were amazing!!! All stars to these young ladies!!!!!”

“I used to live in Edmonton for 2 years. On 156st I might add. I’m 6’2 and 275lbs so I have never had much luck finding clothes I wanted AND clothes that fit me properly. Since the first time buying gear at LUCKY ACES I was not only happy with the logos and originality but the customer service always made me feel like I was family. Items were displayed in a well thought out, logical, easy to access manner.They had clothes suitable for many occasions, I was shopping for some office wear. The items I purchased will go from day to evening, easily.The staff were very helpful and transparent in their evaluation of outfits as I tried them on, which I appreciate. They assisted in finding the right sizes and colours. They offered their opinions, but were not at all pushy or trying to upsell me, again, something I really appreciate. I felt that the staff really liked what they do, and really cared that customers were making great fashion choices.The items I picked are going to be in my line up for years to come, as they are all well made and classic styling.
