“Normally , I hate shopping for clothes. I’m the one who buys the same item in several colors, pays and beats a hasty retreat. For me, there is nothing fun about shopping for a new outfit.
But today, Ivette at Cleo in Kingsway Mall made my shopping experience a delight!
She looked at me and knew my size !
She put together outfits for me like she was my invested, personal stylist!
I walked in hoping to find a couple of nice blouses or pullovers and walked out with 3 pairs of pants, a pullover, 5 blouses, a beautiful cardi and several Christmas gifts for friends. I was singing in the car all the way home!
You had better believe that Cleo is my new Favourite store for clothing & I will always call ahead to be sure Ivette is working before I go.

He was a great listener when I described the things I was looking for and provided me with several options to try. He was very honest in giving his opinion (I asked him) as we narrowed it down the best pair. He’s very friendly and I was very happy with my experience.”

“Went there to look at some rock climbing shoes for my son. The staff there really know what they are talking about and I really appreciated that.
They even have a wall in the basement to try the shoes on. I have no idea what that looked like as I was browsing through the store when they went down. Needless to say, my son liked the recommended shoes.
Very helpful. We walked out with a pair of rock climbing shoes that my son was very happy with.
Definitely recommend them.
PS: we went to MEC right before and the level of service and knowledge was not comparable. At least I wasn’t convinced.”

“I had such a great experience shopping at Vans recently, all thanks to two amazing associates Katie and Collette! From the moment I walked in, they were both super welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful.
I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted at first, but Katie took the time to ask me about my style and what I was looking for. She gave me honest opinions (which I really appreciated) and even pointed out a few styles I wouldn’t have considered but ended up loving. Collette was just as awesome as she made sure I got the right fit, checked sizes quickly, and kept the energy positive and fun the whole time.
They made the whole shopping experience feel relaxed and personal, not rushed or pushy at all. Honestly, it felt more like hanging out with a couple of cool friends who just happen to know everything about shoes!

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Jobsite Workwear in Edmonton. I went in looking for new Timberland work boots and the service was honestly the best I’ve ever had at a workwear store.
Olivia and Cindy took the time to actually help me find the right pair instead of just pointing me to a shelf. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure the boots fit properly since I’m on my feet all day on concrete. On top of that, they were the only place in Edmonton that actually had the boots I needed in stock, which saved me a ton of time and hassle.
To top it all off, they even gave me some cool stickers for my hard hat at the end, which was a really nice touch.
Great service, great selection, and genuinely helpful staff. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Jobsite Workwear to anyone who needs quality work gear.”

“I happened across Cloud Nine Pajamas while killing time downtown. I’m not usually someone who wears pajamas, so I wouldn’t have normally gone in—but I thought, why not? Turns out, they have much more than just pajamas! I ended up finding a dress that quickly became one of my all-time favorites. All of their clothing is incredibly soft, comfortable, and stylish. Lisa was working that day and was so welcoming and friendly.
