“I've serviced here twice now and both experiences were great. The staff was friendly and service work I needed was completed quickly. They even noticed some missing fasteners for the bumper and replaced them at no charge!”

“Great Customer Service! I called over the phone asking for a part. They had it, set it aside for me and knew as soon as I walked in the door what I was there for. It was a quick in and out situation and I couldn’t appreciate that more.
On a side note: I suggested an update to Google about where the actual location is and it hasn’t been updated yet. The location Google Maps shows is incorrect. Luckily for me when I called in the gentleman on the phone explained to me where they were located so I was able to find it with little problems.”
“Great work, friendly, honest, and fairly priced.
We were road tripping from Santa Cruz, CA and my car started running horribly all of a sudden. I am not a professional mechanic but I am usually competent enough - after doing what I could (changed plugs, tried unplugging each cylinder to check for a change), I was at the end of my capabilities with no time or resources to continue on my own.
Pyramid Mechanical was booked straight for the next 2 weeks, but managed to squeeze me in the same day after another appointment didn't come in.
Rob did a compression test and traced the issue to broken wires leading to the injectors on cylinders 1 and 3. Fixed the wiring and we're back on the road. The van sounds as good as ever and it was good to get a professional reading to make sure the engine was otherwise in good condition.
P.S - I read some of the other reviews of this business, and most of the bad reviews seem to be from complete fools. This is an excellent mechanic shop!”

“The service and work were good, and everyone was nice. My only concern was the timing. The completion date kept getting pushed back by another 2–3 weeks, which was frustrating.”
