“After searching online and locally without much success, I came across Slave Lake Chrysler and called their parts department to inquire if they could identify the parts required for an undercarriage tire mount kit. I spoke with Brad, who was incredibly diligent and patient in identifying all the parts I needed. Since the parts were not readily available, it took months for the backorder to be fulfilled. Brad was invaluable in providing ongoing support and took great care when researching the parts to ensure he covered everything required for the order.
My first contact with him was in September of 2025, and the parts from the US finally arrived in December. Without Brad’s assistance and excellent customer service, it would not have been possible to assemble the kit. As it turned out, due to my vehicle’s particular configuration, some parts were not needed after assembly—Brad promptly expedited the refund. While reviewing the order, I mentioned to Brad that I preferred to have extra parts rather than find something missing during installation and have to wait again.
