“I have to personally thank all the staff at Grove Auto Truck Parts for all they have done for me and such a good transaction from Emailing back and forth till picking up the part myself.
I have to personally thank the kind gentleman Balky for helping me as I drove from High River area all the way to Spruce Grove Edmonton area being a roughly 4hr drive up and same back for a gem windshield they had on there lot. Was a good trip upto Grove and so happy again for all the Emails we sent back and fourth to one another plus being my eyes to tell me the condition of the front Windshield for me to make the sale! There are some different thoughts on written comments from some others but I would absolutely tell people to check the site on the internet if you need parts and I'm sure they will help you.

“Really easy to deal with. I had some wrong parts from April I needed to return. Having lost the receipt and buying from a different Partsource location, they still allowed me to return here.”
“This place is actually really good. I used to go to the St Albert NAPA when I lived near there, and that location is AWFUL. It seems everyone who works there just wants you to leave as soon as possible, and nobody cares about making sure you get what you want.
I now avoid the St A location and go to this Spruce location, even if it is a bit out of my way. Almost everyone I've talked to at this Spruce location has been helpful and polite. They also seem knowledgeable, within reason, about vehicles and the products they sell. Maybe I'm just lucky and always talk to the same one knowledgeable person when I call in, I'm not sure.
Unfortunately there is one associate that is helpful and polite, but has absolutely no vehicle or mechanical knowledge. It is very frustrating when the person on the phone or behind the counter doesn't have the faintest clue about what you're looking for. Because of this, I can't give 5*, but I would give 4.5* if that were an option.
Keep in mind that fluids are often competitively priced at NAPA, but most components are not. Shocks, end links, bushings, tie rods, brakes, sensors, thermostats, gaskets, blower motors, O2 sensors, etc., are all usually much more competitively priced elsewhere. YMMV based on what accounts and/or discounts you have.”
