“I have been to this business many times now and have only good to report about the service that they give.Friendly, helpful and great staff is to reported as well as more than satisfactory results on work. Much appreciated”
“My Malibu Wakesetter VLX was stalling when put into gear. Dealership wanted 22500$ to replace damaged V-drive and strutt. Took it to Rob for 2nd opinion. $500 and a new air filter, and she's back, up and running 100%. You do the math!”
“ALEX at Quicklane was excellent, even though this is a busy time of year I felt I was well looked after and had everything I needed promptly and efficiently. I will definitely be back!”
“Great experience at Fix Auto Spruce Grove. Excellent communication throughout, and the final result on my vehicle was awesome. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs!”
“I had a problem with my under carriage making a huge noise. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this shop to find that they could fix it with minimum cost to myself. I dropped it off at 8AM this morning and was able to pick it up at 10AM. I highly recommend that if you have issues with your muffler to take it there..”
“This mechanic shop is quite trusthworthy. as being a woman with limited knowledge about cars. ill never think twice about going to this mechanic shop. the lady is so kind and humble. the mechanic my car sees (my car has been going to him for about over a year now) he is honest and extremely knowledgeable.
I will refer this shop to anyone i know ?”

“Stopped in to look at some parts today and said hello to Murray. Hadn't met him prior but mentioned we have mutual friends in the hobby. Great guy who took the time to walk me through as I checked out his shop. A very genuine guy. Thanks for the tour Murray! Appreciate it.”
“I called looking for a part. They were helpful and quick with finding the part i needed. The part arrived as advertised and works well. I will probably deal with them again. ?”
“Just as good if not better than canadian tire.Cheers and thank you for your detailed help.BTW, when doing brake pads, buy the 12 dollar kit with the replacement bits, its essential. Springs and such.”
“This place is actually really good. I used to go to the St Albert NAPA when I lived near there, and that location is AWFUL. It seems everyone who works there just wants you to leave as soon as possible, and nobody cares about making sure you get what you want.
I now avoid the St A location and go to this Spruce location, even if it is a bit out of my way. Almost everyone I've talked to at this Spruce location has been helpful and polite. They also seem knowledgeable, within reason, about vehicles and the products they sell. Maybe I'm just lucky and always talk to the same one knowledgeable person when I call in, I'm not sure.
Unfortunately there is one associate that is helpful and polite, but has absolutely no vehicle or mechanical knowledge. It is very frustrating when the person on the phone or behind the counter doesn't have the faintest clue about what you're looking for. Because of this, I can't give 5*, but I would give 4.5* if that were an option.
Keep in mind that fluids are often competitively priced at NAPA, but most components are not. Shocks, end links, bushings, tie rods, brakes, sensors, thermostats, gaskets, blower motors, O2 sensors, etc., are all usually much more competitively priced elsewhere. YMMV based on what accounts and/or discounts you have.”
“Great customer service and well professional team. Had to get some work done from a hit and run accident, they took care of it and you wouldn’t know it was there.”
