Canada post needs to train their drivers better or get better drivers. This driver, black jeep, license starting with CBF, watched me trying to drive away from the mail boxes when they drove in front of me, on the wrong side of the street and blocked me off from driving away as I was moving forward.

If zero was an option I would give it. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude when I went in to get a new set of keys last summer.
She also was extremely rude to my tenant who went in today. Seems like a common theme here.

Went there to get a mailbox key as I just moved here. Nobody there and sign just said closed. I haven't been able to get any mail for months and no number to call to see if they are open or not! Google said they were open when I went but nope.

Negative reviews speak for themselves. They can't seem to deliver anything other flyers these days. Multiple packages reported delivered, but are lost or delayed. Why are you reporting them delivered if they are not? Any package I'm ordering in the future I will have to ask if they use canada post. If they do unfortunately I cannot use them. 2024 and can't reliably get your mail, unbelievable.

I dropped in to find out was going on with our community boxes as they had been changed overnight without any notice.
The Brunette at the front was awful. She stated it should be common sense. I stated individuals really should receive some kind of notice (many seniors in our neighbourhood.) she said well we don’t have peoples phone numbers. I suggested in the old boxes or at front door, she proceeded to roll her eyes and said people are responsible for their own boxes.
She has zero costumer service skills and clearly hates her job. Definitely training is needed.

The front counter attendant was extremely rude to the people in line. Then saw one of the managers come out to assist and she was ruder than the counter attendant. Not the first time at this location .

Apparently they need to change up employees or need serious customer service training
Perhaps some of employees stayed too long,
don’t care about their job.
They handed my Amazon package to someone else and saying people make mistake and saying call Amazon customer and they will refund you, acting like it happens quite often.
Asking question about why my package was checked as delivered is arguing.
Is that how they cover up their mistake?

Very helpful and kind. I am moving across the country and needed to ship over a dozen, very large boxes. The employees helped load my boxes into a trolley, and were very eager to help throughout the entire process. They went over and above my expectations. Thank you so much.

If I could give a negative stars I would. The guy I spoke to was robbie. He wouldn't even try to help me. He tried to get more money out of me. Was told some info by a employee and they wouldn't honor what the employee said. Horrible service. Robbie started yelling at me when he knew I was losing my voice and straining to talk to him.

I’ve spent the last few weeks dealing with a variety of small town post offices in Alberta.And they’ve all been wonderful.Except this one. This is by far and away the least helpful and most difficult group of people I’ve encountered in the Canada Post system.And I don’t think it’s the fault of the individuals doing their jobs.For some unknown reason, Canada Post believes the larger depots should be less helpful, less knowledgeable and less able to solve problems than the small town depots.Fortunately, and to my great surprise, Canada Post has a superb phone support team. They resolved my problem without delay and with a fantastic level of service.

Went into this post office this evening to mail off a package to the states, which I have never done before, to get the information on how to ship it. Was handed an employee who was clearly annoyed from the start and was beyond rude about delivering the information. Sorry I understood if you had questions or needed to ship something they would have the answers? But no she was unimpressed I didn’t know what packaging I could ship it in or that I hadn’t done a customs form. She kept looking at the clock when it was still 40 minutes until they closed and was huffing away at annoyance. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service for a service who is supposed to be helpful.

Went into this location tho pick up keys as my mailbox was broken into , in fact I was unaware that I had to do this had spoken with Canada post the day before who informed me that I was supposed to receive a delivery notice on my door with instructions and how and where to pick up as I had not , asked the women at the front desk why my door was not tagged with instructions in which she rudely told me that customer service for Canada post was wrong and that we don’t do that in spruce grove ? You are as federally regulated as all locations are again she basically said that spruce grove has its own rules she was so rude and swore at me and I basically told her where to go as well I will be launching a formal complaint with the corporation regarding this classless rude and intolerable person I can see that she has the same complaints over and over again this location , and when changing your mailbox lock seems to feel that they should never inform the homeowner however that is not the stance of Canada post this women should not be working in the capacity of a Canada post worker
