“I had an awesome experience with Ed on December 26. 2025. He made sure I had the right snow blower and spent almost 45 minutes looking for the batteries as it was the last model in the store. Yes it was a long wait but he didn't give up. He couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I just love the staff at this location”
“Excellent selection, clean establishment and fantastic customer service. Especially the service counter, the gentleman who helped me replace my battery was so kind and helpful. I just wanted to buy a new battery to replace the one I had which wouldn’t hold a charge. He kindly checked and found that I had a warranty remaining and replaced the battery. He didn’t need to do that, but clearly was committed to providing amazing customer service, which I greatly appreciated!”

“We have been Walmart shoppers for over 40+ years ... first intro was in USA. When Walmart came to Canada we have remained regular customers. We moved to Spruce Grove 2 years ago & shop at the local WM for all our needs...especially groceries and 99% of everything else. We met the store manager, Randy, shortly after we arrived here. He is outstanding & is always willing to assist us in any way needed. The store staff are also wonderful. This store is a pleasure to shop at & we always feel respected & appreciated!
