“Had a great experience today getting an oil change on my 4Runner. I usually do my own oil changes, but decided against it this time. So made a quick stop at jiffy lube to get one done. They were quick & professional guys. They didn’t try & push me into anything I didn’t need. I was in & out in 15 mins- if even. I overheard them with another customer, too. He came in for an air filter & ended up not needing one. They could’ve easily sold the guy an air filter but they were honest with him & told him he didn’t need one right now & the guy was on his way. It’s hard to come by honest shops these days, so that was something nice to see. I’ll definitely be back again! Thanks guys.”
“Had the best experience today. I use a synthetic oil and thought I was overdue for an oil change. The guys topped off air in my tires and said that my oil was still good. I can honestly say that it made my day, and because of the honesty, I would recommend.”
