She was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure both the puppies and their owners felt comfortable and confident throughout every class.
Daisy and I learned so much over the six weeks, and it was clear how much Kelly genuinely cares about every dog she works with. Her positive encouragement and calm approach made the classes enjoyable and rewarding.
I also want to recognize the front-end staff and cashiers. Every visit, they were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Great customer service from start to finish!
I highly recommend PetSmart’s puppy training classes, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Kelly as your instructor. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for both me and Daisy!
