I generally find they undercut other big name stores like Homes Alive and PetSmart which is surprising since this is an independently owned store.

Then we booked with Jonna, and it was night and day. She was incredibly calm and patient from the start, letting him warm up at his own pace, and speaking to him so gently. She took breaks whenever he seemed overwhelmed and somehow still managed to give him a full bath, perfect haircut, nail trim, and ear cleaning.
Jonna clearly has a special gift with nervous dogs. Thank you, Jonna – you’re amazing! ?❤️

Our poor little fur baby has lived with insane allergies his entire life thus far and for the last 2.5 years was living in a CONE because of chronic inflammation and itching scratching and licking what we thought after many many vet visits was beyond repair after trying so many things over the years. Well, when we took him in for his routine vaccinations and seen Dr. Brett for the first time and explained how he’s been living in a cone for years she then changed the course of his life. She took the initiative to create a complete change from start to finish with no exceptions but to actually HEAL him from the inside out and get him out of a cone permanently. Which I thought would never be possible with how far gone he was. After starting an aggressive treatment she continuously checked in and when results weren’t 100% she did not settle and would adjust as needed. She never made us feel bad or like we were wasting her time. She truly cared for our dog and thank god, because I will forever be so grateful for her. She changed our family in ways that now our 10 month old baby and 3 year old can see what our dog looks like with a healthy coat and without a cone to play and cuddle with. He’s such a handsome happy guy again! Also grateful for the amazing team at Albany vet, they are always very quick to help when you call and the front staff and vet techs are all friendly and wonderful. Thank you all so much. I am forever thankful, thank you Dr. Brett I hope you know how much you have done for us. I wish I could give 1000 stars! ⭐️ Roo can now live a happy healthy life! ?

Dr. Scott has helped us navigate this difficult journey with professionalism, honesty, and exceptional care. He not only addressed the ongoing issues but also helped correct problems resulting from previous surgical work (at another clinic), giving my dog the opportunity to heal properly and move forward on the road to recovery.
Throughout the process, Dr. Scott has taken the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions, and ensure we felt supported every step of the way. The quality of his work and the care he provides are truly outstanding.

Through all the sessions he did a great job explaining what he was doing and why, while still paying attention to our dogs responses. He kept an amazing balance of making sure our dog was taking the steps they needed, while explaining why certain situations would need to be worked up to.
There wasn't a single session that felt like we were rushed in time. In fact, he made sure we could ask any questions we had about our dog.
We've gained a lot of tools to continue to help our dog and would gladly work with them again if needed or for any future dogs we may have.

My boy Tito is 11 months and a VERY small chihuahua, and I wanted him to have fun during the week as I work full time and he’s often home alone. Of course I was extremely hesitant as he’s just a small boy and I’ve only ever brought him to play with a few close friends/ small family pets!
As an anxious pet parent, I really wanted to find him a great place, and after my days of searching and reading the amazing reviews across many platforms, I booked an assessment with Canine Kingdom. They really eased my anxiety and explained the entire process to me, and it was a great feeling to know that an assessment had to be completed first to see if he was a fit! Upon his drop off, they informed me they would reach out to me if he was a bit too nervous, etc. Just 3 hours later I get a heartwarming text that he’s made a great friend and running around, just happy and loving daycare! Pictures of him with all sizes of pups, and a report card was so greatly appreciated. All my anxiety left and I knew he was in great hands! The staff are so caring and welcoming. I highly recommend CK to anyone who is a bit nervous, and looking to socialize their pup!

All the staff take such good care of our fur babies and it feels like we are dropping them off with family. They make sure everyone recieved personal time, proper socializing exercise, and appropriate stimulation (they even show movies, play music the pups like, blow bubbles, prepare wading pools, and give plenty of snuggles). They offer grooming, a healthy selection of dog foods and treats as well as overnight care. 10/10 owners....they are super responsive and listen to your needs and always make sure things are safe and you are happy.

13620 163 St NW, EdmontonI wanted to pass along my gratitude to both trainers at the puppy pop in event at EHS. They were incredibly kind and caring with me and my puppy. I told one of the trainers I was anxious to be there and she was very reassuring and compassionate and checked on me throughout the class. I also had a great talk about what to do/not to do to ensure my anxiety doesn’t pass onto my pup. Overall, I’m really happy I went and she enjoyed it quite a lot. We also attend classes every Sunday with a different trainer and that’s also been a positive experience for both of us.
As a new dog mom, it’s places like EHS that are incredibly valuable to have in our community. The resources, professionals and information has been key for us. Thank you!!
