“Just wanted to take the time and say that this location is First Class! Elliot aka E-man and I want to say Thank you to the Manger which again I forgot her name and the rest of her staff! I was a ### Smart customer and came over to Pet Valu the beginning of 2026, because the Customer Service was less to be desired! Asking for help was like pulling teeth! They are a great and don't mind my OCD about giving my E-man the best care! Very knowledgeable and friendly! The attention E-man gets from all the staff makes him super happy and they all truly care about my sidekick. Honestly ther competitors really need to take notes on what and how Custmer Service is! Y'all are the best and keep up the great work. BTW E-man says its his favorite store!”

“I like this PetSmart. Over the summer, they had a reptile handler in with lizards and snakes, teaching customers about them, which was a nice touch. They’ve also recently expanded their selection of cat accessories, including feeders, litter boxes and toys. My only wish is that they still carried the lavender-scented Nature’s Miracle enzyme odour remover. I used to buy it regularly and found the scent much more subdued and pleasant to use around my cats’ area. The regular and extra strength versions smell overpowering to me; more like they’re masking the odour. I’m not sure whether the lavender version has been discontinued or is simply no longer stocked, but I’d be happy to see it return. Otherwise, it’s a nice store with fast checkout.”
