Tire Dealers in Spruce Grove, AB

“Isaac and Carlos were both great to work with, I had ordered some rims and tires and then life got expensive for me, they were more than accommodating and accepting of the situation. Will be going back for some more upgrades in the future with them, great bunch of people there”

“Picked up a set of winter tires for my Sierra 1500. They were on at a very competitive price, and Dylan was able to install them the next day. Have used them in the first snowfall and they performed as they should.Very professional, great service, quick install and a quality product. What more could you ask for?”

“My truck required quite a bit of work, OK Tire was great at communicating what was needed, why & what was most important (safety wise) to least important (had some life left). They were fast with the repairs & kept me up to date throughout the few days they had my truck. A few days following pick up, I received a call that was over charged nearly $500 in error for a part that was never used in the repairs. They offered a refund or to use funds towards next service with them. As someone who is not familiar with vehicle mechanics or anything about vehicles whatsoever - I really admired their ownership of their error & immediate rectification. They could have easily kept the money & I genuinely would have never known. They’re honest, transparent & clearly spoke to the shops integrity. Would highly recommend.”

“What a genuinely pleasant experience! My old, tired car needed a mechanical look over as it was making some sounds. Justin Antoniuk was so informative, kind and honest when explaining the issues to me.
I really appreciated his customer service, thank you!”

“The service received for a flat tire that needed to be foxed promptly was AMAZING! The process from my initial phone call to bringing my flat tire in for repairs, to having it put back on my vehicle so I could make it to work in the morning was seamless. Staff was so helpful and so friendly! I will 100% be going back to Fountain Tire, Stony Plain for all my tire needs moving forward.”

“First time buying winter tires because I moved to Alberta from BC and for all my driving life I bought used all weather tires from Kal tire and there great still but with highway driving here in Alberta in these low temperatures and snow it was time for a change so I went to Kal tire website on a Friday and thought I would have to wait weeks to get them installed cause I got them in mid November and everyone was saying it's to late but that wasn't the case cause I the earliest appointment was the following Tuesday from that Friday and it was 5:30pm and half and an hour away from 6 is when they close and it was busy that night but I waited an hour but it got done but there was others behind me like 3 or 4 but they kept going so I'm very happy and thrilled to get these tires and they did it so quick when it was my turn and I even brought the rims for the winter tires and they didn't charge me for putting them on and the tires were on sale so overall I am happy with Kal Tire for communicating with me and getting me the right winter tire for my car and the staff were nice and made everything smooth and being a ama memeber I got a huge discount so definitely will be coming back for more business.”
