“My truck required quite a bit of work, OK Tire was great at communicating what was needed, why & what was most important (safety wise) to least important (had some life left). They were fast with the repairs & kept me up to date throughout the few days they had my truck. A few days following pick up, I received a call that was over charged nearly $500 in error for a part that was never used in the repairs. They offered a refund or to use funds towards next service with them. As someone who is not familiar with vehicle mechanics or anything about vehicles whatsoever - I really admired their ownership of their error & immediate rectification. They could have easily kept the money & I genuinely would have never known. They’re honest, transparent & clearly spoke to the shops integrity. Would highly recommend.”
