“So with my daughter being diagnosed with cancer recently, I totally forgot about swapping my tires. Went to swap my tires myself today and saw that one of them had a nail. Called around and was getting eta's of 2-3days to a week for a tire repair that was not mounted on the vehicle. Chris at OK tire in Stony Plain told me maybe next day, I droped it off and about 2hrs later I got a call saying my tire was repaired already. It was great customer service, very professional service and extremely reasonable price. Other than the fact that now, I have my dependable vehicle to take my daughter to the Cross Cancer Institute tomorrow. “Took my wife's vehicle to this shop & they got us in last minute and were quick to diagnose & perform the repair. Her vehicle unfortunately required some dealership-specific work done and they wrote a detailed report to give to the dealership regarding the issue. Dean went above & beyond and offered to refund/warranty one of the (newly replaced) parts after it was again in need of repair once we drove the car to the dealer.
