“My partner and I have been in the market for a new mattress. Browsed around at Sleep Country, Leon's, The Brick, and Canadian Mattress. Forrest at the Brick in St. Albert went ABOVE and beyond to make my partner and I feel comfortable and left us alone to try the bed, relax on the bed, and discuss the purchase, as it is a big investment. We went to other Brick stores in Edmonton...all were too pushy and did not give ample space or time for us to privately discuss our thoughts. I will be back to the Brick Mattress Store in St. Albert whenever I need something for the home as the customer service was beyond a ten, and was not busy at all which allowed us to comfortably try and discuss potential mattresses. We did not feel pressured at all to purchase anything. Thank you again Forrest for your help and advice. We are so pleased with the service and are awaiting delivery for our new mattress today. James was super friendly, professional and shared his trouble-shooting knowledge that rectified my issue. I don’t post google reviews but I really needed to with this experience because I was blown away by the level of customer service provided first by Marietta and then by James. I don’t know their last names but the location in St. Albert will surely make sure you are a satisfied customer.”

“Awesome selection of small appliances for the house and great cosmetic selection. Lots of snacks and a good size book and magazine collection. Electronics is well stocked with everything you need. Staff is very helpful with finding things. Also there is a Canada Post outlet inside. And a pharmacy.”
