We recieved an email from The Brick precisely when they said we would, the gentleman showed up, worked well in tight quarters, were helpful and curtious. They removed their shoes, we had a good laugh and helped me install the brackets on the tv and then lifted the tv to its final home, all within minutes. Well done gentleman. Much appreciated.”

We were impressed with the level of care they took carrying up the stairs our new appliances. The set up of our washer and dryer was dine as well. 11/10 experience and we are so happy!”

“The Sales person was very knowledgeable and was able to go to the trouble of getting all the electronic equipment hooked up to show us all the various options for this purchase. When I couldn’t get in to finalize the payment on the day arranged, there was no problem delaying it for an until the next week.
He was very good about describing what to expect during delivery and told me to call him if everything did not arrive I damaged and was not fully installed. The electronics were fairly complex to hook up. All went smoothly and everything was working as expected. The delivery guys were great, also very knowledgeable and helpful making this delivery well worth the cost of delivery and set up service. It was nice to see that they sent 3 guys so it was a fast and efficient, a pleasant experience to see our delivery guys that seemed to enjoy their jobs even though this was the last delivery of their day.”

The pharmacy here is well staffed and efficient and everyone working that night were super friendly and able to answer all my questions. “Our gas fireplace is about 22 yrs old. It needed a clean and maintenance service. Also, mainly, the wall switch no longer triggers the pilot light on. Bill ( can’t remember the name ?) was our service tech. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He said he’s been doing this for 19 yrs! He cleaned the window, vacuumed and rearranged the logs. Also, replace the wall switch, no problem. I highly recommend Wood and Energy company for maintenance. Reasonably priced too.”
“I have been shopping and receiving excellent customer service from many dedicated, hard working , talented and willing to walk extra miles daily from the the following associates from different departments, these associates are providing superb service to builders, contractors, tradesmen, individuals with creative solutions if asked. These associates are not there to get their pay checks, I am sure all those who shop at this location recognize this. The managers, frontline workers, cashiers, drivers, staff in all departments will say it is their job, they like serving us, yet, I say they are doing more without expectation. The following associates: Holly in flooring has been helping me for years with invaluable information, helped me to make wise choices to complete my various projects over the years ( from 2008 to now), Candace, front desk helped me to find my way around, Candace answered all my questions with empathy. Earl, Morley very knowledgeable, talented man of many creative ideas, Inessa very gifted in lawns, plants, flowers, soils and more... seasonal, Tim in, gazebos, , Dean, Michael ( very hardworking and loyal delivery driver) some I know their faces, not their names, a hardworking group of like minded people with different skill sets working together as a close knit family at this home depot located on 6725-104 street, store # 7117.I am sure all other home depots in this city are providing quality service to Edmontonians who are doing their projects with joy. “I procrastinate when there are too many choices so I went to this location and decided to just ask someone there for help making the actual choices for a house Reno (bathroom and kitchen). Kunwar (apologies for the spelling) was incredible. Took on the challenge, asked me the right questions to narrow down option and then he’d present me 2-4 choices. That made choosing so much easier. If I had to do that myself, no choices would’ve been made. I’m honestly shocked how well this went. We designed two new bathrooms and a kitchen too. I go here a lot and everyone is very helpful”
