Even though we didn’t find the freezer that day, he took my name and phone number to call me as soon as the model I was looking for came in. He called yesterday and I just picked up my like-new unit. “The Sales person was very knowledgeable and was able to go to the trouble of getting all the electronic equipment hooked up to show us all the various options for this purchase. When I couldn’t get in to finalize the payment on the day arranged, there was no problem delaying it for an until the next week.
He was very good about describing what to expect during delivery and told me to call him if everything did not arrive I damaged and was not fully installed. The electronics were fairly complex to hook up. All went smoothly and everything was working as expected. The delivery guys were great, also very knowledgeable and helpful making this delivery well worth the cost of delivery and set up service. It was nice to see that they sent 3 guys so it was a fast and efficient, a pleasant experience to see our delivery guys that seemed to enjoy their jobs even though this was the last delivery of their day.”

“Our gas fireplace is about 22 yrs old. It needed a clean and maintenance service. Also, mainly, the wall switch no longer triggers the pilot light on. Bill ( can’t remember the name ?) was our service tech. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He said he’s been doing this for 19 yrs! He cleaned the window, vacuumed and rearranged the logs. Also, replace the wall switch, no problem. I highly recommend Wood and Energy company for maintenance. Reasonably priced too.”
“I have been shopping and receiving excellent customer service from many dedicated, hard working , talented and willing to walk extra miles daily from the the following associates from different departments, these associates are providing superb service to builders, contractors, tradesmen, individuals with creative solutions if asked. These associates are not there to get their pay checks, I am sure all those who shop at this location recognize this. The managers, frontline workers, cashiers, drivers, staff in all departments will say it is their job, they like serving us, yet, I say they are doing more without expectation. The following associates: Holly in flooring has been helping me for years with invaluable information, helped me to make wise choices to complete my various projects over the years ( from 2008 to now), Candace, front desk helped me to find my way around, Candace answered all my questions with empathy.
