Gary Gill looked after my purchase in a very friendly, considerate way. He listened to what I required and gave me lots of options to choose from. “I was at first skeptical about the excellent price of the LG dryer they advertised online. However a phone call to Shawn and a look at the other reviews assured me it wasn't a scam. Shawn personally delivered it the next day after first inspecting it to insure there was no hidden damage. Great service, great prices, highly recommended!”

“My review is solely towards the Photo Lab since I did not interact with any other section/department of the store.I needed a print on a 12x12 canvas wrapped and with a matte finish in a couple hours. It was a last minute notice for me to get a design up at the Art Gallery of Alberta for an exhibit, and no where else but London Drugs was I able to get someone to do it for me in under 24 hours.Not only was the timeliness incredible, but the quality was amazing, and I could tell that not only was Katerina (the Photo Lab worker who handled the task) incredibly skilled, but also handled my work with care. I couldn't give her high enough praise for her excellent work.On pick up, I was greeted by Donna at the counter. She was incredibly kind and helpful, inquiring about my order with genuine enthusiasm to see if there were any other ways I could be helped before departing with my order.Both Katerina and Donna were so lovely to deal with and the PhotoLab at London Drugs Southgate has a great team in store.Definitely would recommend visiting them for photo related needs!”

“Great store with great staff. You know that you've come to a good drugstore when you find that a lot of the staff have been working there a long time. These staff really know what they are doing and are quite knowledgeable about many aspects of London Drugs. I was quite impressed with the electronics dept. when I bought my cellphone there. “I have been shopping and receiving excellent customer service from many dedicated, hard working , talented and willing to walk extra miles daily from the the following associates from different departments, these associates are providing superb service to builders, contractors, tradesmen, individuals with creative solutions if asked. These associates are not there to get their pay checks, I am sure all those who shop at this location recognize this. The managers, frontline workers, cashiers, drivers, staff in all departments will say it is their job, they like serving us, yet, I say they are doing more without expectation. The following associates: Holly in flooring has been helping me for years with invaluable information, helped me to make wise choices to complete my various projects over the years ( from 2008 to now), Candace, front desk helped me to find my way around, Candace answered all my questions with empathy. Earl, Morley very knowledgeable, talented man of many creative ideas, Inessa very gifted in lawns, plants, flowers, soils and more... seasonal, Tim in, gazebos, , Dean, Michael ( very hardworking and loyal delivery driver) some I know their faces, not their names, a hardworking group of like minded people with different skill sets working together as a close knit family at this home depot located on 6725-104 street, store # 7117.I am sure all other home depots in this city are providing quality service to Edmontonians who are doing their projects with joy. “We bought a range but it didn’t heat up. We called and Mike came out and fix the sensor. And he noticed the light board was faint. And tried hard to fix. And he was willing to replace. But after looking in their west shop we couldn’t find any that met what we needed in a range. So he gave us our money back. It was and used range so I’m willing to leave a fare review. And the end I was made whole. I would recommend them still.”

“Thanks to Beatrice for being nice though I decided not to purchase the interior door. I could have gotten a bad look from other stores if I did that. Also thanks to that 6-foot-6 staff guy with the long curly hair. He was extremely helpful. These two staff made my visit to this store so great. I could have given 5 stars but there’s one staff guy who got some attitude and just left me after a request to inspect the item thoroughly. Obviously not wanting to do an extra mile unlike Beatrice and the 6 footer guy.”
