“Polite and professional delivery staff. My only concern is they do not have shoe covers and tracked dirt onto the carpet. The staff explained that when items are over a certain weight they have to wear shoes/foot protection, but I've had furnace cleaners come many times before who had clean covers for their shoes.”

“I procrastinate when there are too many choices so I went to this location and decided to just ask someone there for help making the actual choices for a house Reno (bathroom and kitchen). Kunwar (apologies for the spelling) was incredible. Took on the challenge, asked me the right questions to narrow down option and then he’d present me 2-4 choices. That made choosing so much easier. If I had to do that myself, no choices would’ve been made. I’m honestly shocked how well this went. We designed two new bathrooms and a kitchen too. I go here a lot and everyone is very helpful”

“When we needed to get a new fridge I took the time and went to four retailers. This was the first one I went to. When I entered some acknowledged my presents and started finding out what we needed and what the price range was. When I went to the other retailers, one did not talk to me at all, two had a delayed contact. I did not feel like they wanted to help in the same way. When I went back to CAS Vicky, who had spoken to before was there and we got a great fridge. Thank you for helping and if I need anything else I will see you first.”
“The London drugs at Southgate always great. I've taken laptops on for repair. I consistently find good deals there . Recently bought a dishwasher and it turns out there was damage once box was open . The manager of the tech department Chris Lyons was excellent in his customer service . So appreciate when another person does their job well and fairly.”

These associates are not there to get their pay checks, I am sure all those who shop at this location recognize this. The managers, frontline workers, cashiers, drivers, staff in all departments will say it is their job, they like serving us, yet, I say they are doing more without expectation. The following associates: Holly in flooring has been helping me for years with invaluable information, helped me to make wise choices to complete my various projects over the years ( from 2008 to now), Candace, front desk helped me to find my way around, Candace answered all my questions with empathy. Earl, Morley very knowledgeable, talented man of many creative ideas, Inessa very gifted in lawns, plants, flowers, soils and more... seasonal, Tim in, gazebos, , Dean, Michael ( very hardworking and loyal delivery driver) some I know their faces, not their names, a hardworking group of like minded people with different skill sets working together as a close knit family at this home depot located on 6725-104 street, store # 7117.I am sure all other home depots in this city are providing quality service to Edmontonians who are doing their projects with joy.
