“I had an engine light come on. Called and was able to get a same day appointment. They diagnosed and repaired very promptly.
Ran over a pothole and did some undercarriage damage. Got in right away for an assessment, parts ordered and arrived in a day.

“I purchased an auto start 2 years ago from Billy & Colin & the good folks at City 2 Performance. I paid over $500.00.The past 6 weeks I began experiencing intermittent issues with my fob where by it would start some days but most days it would not. I brought my car in today and they quickly identified the issue within minutes. The battery in the fob was working but the fob itself had become damaged, likely by poor handling by myself. The result from spilled coffee that had got inside the fob and had hardened with thick grime, damaging the technology inside the fob. I had no extended warranty on the fob, yet they decided to give me a brand new fob at no cost to myself! They did not have to do this and yet they did! I cannot adequately express my deep appreciation for their auto expertise & definitely going above & beyond with there outstanding commitment to customer service. It was a golden moment for me! To everybody who reads this posting I cannot encourage you enough, to bring your vehicle for all your auto service needs to Billy & Colin & all their staff at City 2 Performance. Its the best thing you could do for your vehicle.

“I visited the Trail Tire on Saturday because my rear winter tire had a nail in it. I took a chance to see if they would be able to fix it on short notice and Dave was able to squeeze me in! I am very appreciative as I know they are crazy busy with getting everyone ready for winter! They even put my tire back on my car! Dave was terrific from start to finish! Thanks everyone at Trail Tire, 5 star job and customer service. Will definitely go back and I will tell my friends and family about the great service!”

Instead of trying the most expensive solution, they tried the easiest, "quick fix" and it was the right solution! The light hasn't come on since, about 3 months now. The mechanics know their stuff, are efficient and skilled at what they do, and are also friendly and professional.
Any additional work that needs to be done is checked with me first, and in the case of things like filters, which are often changed as a scam, I'm shown exactly why they need to be changed and I give my approval before anything is done. Very impressed with the whole team there.”

“It goes without saying but for those who do not know; always get a second opinion. I first went to another auto shop to diagnose an issue regarding an oil pump pressure. They did a "Professional scan and a visual confirmation" etc.... In the end, it turned out to be the Oil Pump issue and I needed to replace it altogether. In the report they stated: "Visual Inspection: Correct Oil Level, removed oil pressure sensor and screen, both look in GREAT CONDITION" I then went to ' Gate Ave Service' which I have been to many times with no issues before and they deemed after I explained the symptoms, they asked " did they check the oil switch?" I told staff at GATE Ave Service that the other auto shop apparently did check it and they said it was good. Even though I told the mechanic that and described the symptoms at Gate Ave Service; they still suggested that based on what I described that it is most likely the oil switch to be the issue and take my truck there. I did just that. They fixed the issue. It now runs great. It was as they suspected a faulty oil switch and very dirty screen and charged me a 3rd of the cost that the other auto shop would have raped me $2500.00 PLUS. I appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and knowledge. It is why I will continue to take any issues I have to Gate Ave Service! Much Appreciated and thanks to Gate Ave Service team.”
“I had posted a review here earlier where I had some prior issues with work completed over a period of time with the prior owner and the new owner of Fountain Tire. I was not going to go back after my last experience however the new owner Michael contacted me by phone and had a long discussion over my concerns, he asked if he could get me to come back and let him make it right. I have returned and met with him they completed the repair that failed and made sure I was happy returning. I give Michael a lot of credit for what he did to make it right and keep me as a customer, he does care about his clients and business!!
