“Was in Edmonton and my water pump went bad. Called them in the morning and dropped my vechile off at 11:00 am in the morning. They said they would diagnose it and see if they could get the work done on that same day. Got a call 3.5 hrs later and they said my vechile was done and ready for pickup. Excellent service!”

“I’ve meant to write this review much , much sooner but… Back in February I was on a cross country road trip from Ontario to Alberta to visit family. Heading home after a 2 week stay I ran into transmission issues. I made quite a few calls to other transmission repair shops only to be told it would be at least a week or more before the could do any repairs. After hearing my predicament ( I needed to get home)St. Albert transmission Center told me to come in right away and they would have a look. Sure enough, I would need a transmission rebuild. They wasted no time in getting me in, fixed up and on my way home in a matter of a couple of days. I’m very thankful for the expert service a professional workmanship. I would absolutely recommend this shop for any transmission issues or any automotive work you need done!”

Had our truck in the shop at Midas - they were able to complete a CV axle replacement, front and back brake pads and rotors, balance our tires and do a full oil change all on the same day we dropped it off after having some concerns. London communicated in a timely manner and had great customer service. Will definitely be back for any of our vehicle needs!”

“I am extremely pleased with the interaction I just had with Michael Sands, the owner of this franchise. I had purchased winter tires and rims at the beginning of last winter. I stored them at Fountain Tire in the off season. While in the showroom on another matter I was speaking with Michael (I didn’t seek him out, he was working the counter which says a lot about his approach to running his business). I made arrangements to switch over from summer to winter tires but I mentioned that I was concerned that my speedometer seemed to be off with the winter tires and rims I had bought last year. We discussed it for a few minutes and he promised he would check into it.
I was barely back home when my phone rang. Michael confirmed that the tires were not the right size and would affect my speedometer reading. In the same breath he said he would be replacing the tires at his expense and the proper tires would be on the rims when I came in to switch them over. No fuss, no arguments, just fabulous service! Thank you Michael and St. Albert Fountain Tire!”
“On Feb. 10th I had an oil change for my 2025 Honda CRV at St Albert Honda. I was very impressed by everyone. The girls at the service desk greeted me promptly and directed me in to Dustin. He was extremely attentive answering all my questions as this was my first visit. He had a great sense of humour as we discussed a phone call he had with my husband. He checked info regarding my vehicle on his computer. All was good. Dustin gave me a time when my CVR would be ready. A salesman came to my rescue with the coffee machine. My CVR was ready earlier than expected. Dustin reviewed all the information on the service order. Everything was in order and all my questions were clearly answered. After paying the bill Dustin revealed my vehicle was washed; a very nice touch to end my visit. I only have high praise for St Albert Honda and will definitely return for any service work.”
“I had a leaking valve stem. My dad took it in, the guy said to come back at 3:00, then stopped, asked to look at it. Said he could do it right then and there. He replaced it and did it for free. Was not expecting it to be free but was very impressed. Will be going there again!”
