“Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, however, there is a gentleman (50's maybe?) who deserves a shoutout. I frequent this chapters often and watching him interact with customers is incredibly heartwarming to watch!
He approaches each and every customer with unmatched warmth and kindness - and his knowledge and love of books is evident in the way he excitedly makes recommendations for young and old readers alike!
I highly recommend this location if you're in the area - it's like a hot cup of tea and a warm blanket on a cold day!”
