“Due to a hit & run to my truck, my insurance arranged a rental with Enterprise. I picked up a Dodge 1/2 ton from the 174 St & 102 Ave Edmonton location. My truck took longer than expected to fix & I ended up going past my allowed rental limit with my insurance company. So I phoned Enterprise & the branch manager, Tariebi, found a bit of a loophole and was only going to charge me one day instead of two.Then, when I did bring the truck in & was asked if there were any issues, I mentioned there was a rattle in the dash. No big deal, but since this was a fairly new truck, I felt Dodge should do a bit of warranty work for Enterprise. But Bradly waived the remaining one day rental fee, stating that since I had to put up with this ' annoying inconvenience' it wouldn't be fair to charge me anything. Awesome! I was very pleased with the entire experience & every agent that I dealt with at this branch treated me like I was some kind of a big shot.”
