“I’ve been going to the location on 104 Ave for over 25 years and have never experienced anything but amazing service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the service is quick and efficient, and I leave with the confidence that I’ve been given the best possible advice and recommendations for my vehicles. Construction is a bit of a challenge right now, but worth it to get this kind of service that seems to be lacking in many other places. Thank you to the staff who have always been so great.”
“The best customer service I’ve had in a long time! I left in such a great mood because of the happy and kind staff. There was no pressure to upgrade or buy things that I didn’t want. Service was quick and painless. Will be back again.”
“The white guy who did my oil change made my visit there not feel like a burden.Talking with him made me feel relaxed and really it felt like i was at a friend's place doing a oil change on my truck. I believe the young guy that worked on my vehicle is a great asset for the Company. PS. I just had my oil change there yesterday and you offered me a coupon for a oil change that expires 09/2026 ? Won't be needing a oil change 8 weeks from yesterday's oil change. Just Saying.”
“Went for an oil chnage and they tried to push another service on me. Not needed when I have my own mechanic, also asked to fill my coolant and it didn't need any, BUT they did grease my door hinges”

“Had a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube today. Got my oil changed as well as a bunch of helpful tips from Sanjar. 10/10 customer service, incredibly kind and informative.”
