“I have never been treated with such kindness and compassion. I went in to drop off a UPS return and wasn't feeling well. They took the time to look at my recent blood work, while at the same time taking my BP and Glucose levels. Then educated me on my meds and hypoglycemia. To top it off the pharmacist pointed out something in my labs that I really need to see my Dr about. Thank you for your time! I am grateful your kindness!”

“Lisa & her Team work HARD to accommodate. Unlike every other Pharmacy, you aren’t asked to hold on and stand there and wait for over five minutes while they finish what they are doing. Lisa took training to administer me an injection the same day I needed it, because her injection specialist was off that week. AMAZING. They hire enough staff to promote efficiency and strive for competitive prices.

Not only was she extremely approachable and kind, she was also very knowledgeable on different scents and transparent about her opinion on others which I really appreciated. “I’m really surprised at a couple reviews on here because this is the one pharmacy I have been to in 10 years where I am treated with so much respect and positivity. I used to go to a different pharmacy and they would constantly mess everything up and blame me for it, but they also treated me not the greatest because of some of my medication’s. I could tell that there was some judgment. But here at this Rexall, I have never felt that at all. I get treated like any other human being. I honestly can’t understand why I was treated like that at other pharmacies, but I’ve just always had a difficulty being treated like crap from pharmacies. I just can’t say enough good things about this Rexall. The women that work as pharmacist in the back are incredible. They are always friendly, They’re always positive and they are always willing to help you with a smile on their face. They make everything so easy here. Also, there’s a young man that works at the front and he is so friendly and kind. For me that makes such a huge difference because it is so rare to go into a business and deal with people that are in good moods. I went to Rexall years ago and it was really similar to this. They have great professionalism.”

“After waiting 1.5 hours at Costco for a prescription only to be told it was out of stock indefinitely, I popped in here to see if they had it. They didn't, but a lovely lady went above and beyond to help me with an alternative. Introduced me to a discount card to give me a price break on the brand name version, called Costco to transfer the prescription and I was able to leave with something rather than nothing.

“I had such a great experience at Shoppers Drug Mart thanks to Lucas! As soon as I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly wave such a small gesture, but it genuinely made my day. It’s rare to find customer service that feels so personal and genuine.

We went from struggling to take meds to counting down until the next time. We’ve never before had such a wonderful experience at a pharmacy. This is clearly a place that cares.”
