Applied for a credit card months ago and have not heard back. I contacted them twice and she just never responded. Every time I’ve walked in I’ve had to wait a long time to talk to someone, extremely slow service.

There's a reason why this branch has lot of bad reviews. Poor customer service. You get no help from here. In short USELESS. Booked an appointment but nobody was there. Other banks are very professional to deal with.
