Incredibly rude staff. The denomination selection ABM was out of bills under $20 so I went inside (no line, no customers) to be lectured and belittled by four extremely condescending people. Eye rolling, head shaking, nasty comments for simply asking to exchange $20 bills to $5 bills. Bunch of bullies.

Wonderful ladies over at Gateway Scotiabank helping me with my retirement savings. They listen to my goals and come up with great tools and insightful knowledge. Suzette Gray and Kayla really went the extra mile to help me, I feel like I have a team helping me get to my retirement goals.
