There's a reason why this branch has lot of bad reviews. Poor customer service. You get no help from here. In short USELESS. Booked an appointment but nobody was there. Other banks are very professional to deal with.

Wonderful staff and service, I was standing in line and witnessed the teller deal with another customer whom was a handful, very gracefully I might say, shout out to all the advisors too for being very knowledgeable

Thus bank is absolute garbage. Expect a 45 min wait time and incompetent staff who cannot do their jobs closing my Scotia bank account down what a joke of a bank go back to the east coast where you belong useless for albertans.This is my bank account that cost me the most . Last time ever using Scotia bank and will make it a personal mission to steer people away from your business of squids

No one is trained nor properly informed here. They make up rules as they go (Scotiabank Customer Service Representatives MULTIPLE confirmed one thing - two members in the branch could not provide proof of their "new rule")Hardy and Caroline need to be retrained in customer service. Caroline especially is just a rude .....

Yes banks have no remorse when your dealing with the death of a loved one we've been trying to finalize an close my mother's account here in this branch for 2 months now and have closure of her death. An this branch is causing more hardship than I ever expect from a bank. 4 times the wrong paperwork has been done while each time we've had to take time off our jobs to just do the wrong paperwork 3 time's someone's been gone on vacation an we haven't been able to proceed an now now there saying that it's in there estate division. An won't even give us a phone number for enquiry. Iv been in this branch an it's just a circus. We would like closer an to put this to rest but they just keep making up excuses I WILL NEVER DO AN BUSINESS WITH SCOTIA. EVER. I THINK THERE TEARABLE INDIVIDUALS IV DELT WITH 2 OTHER BANKS WHEN FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE PASED AN ITS TAKEN LESS THAN I WEEK FOR THEM TO FINALIZE AN CLOSE THE ACCOUNTS BUT NOT HERE A TOTAL RUN AROUND AN MORE GREAF THEY'RE PUTTING US THROUGH Going on 2 months now.

Terrible experience with this branch. No one wants to help you with your investments which sometime very time sensitive and need immediate action. If you want to talk with a financial advisers or manager they are always unavailable. Bunch of slackers are actually work there.

Won't ever use Scotiabank again, after having them deny any help before interest rates skyrocketed I approached my other bank and had them take over my mortgage and thank God.They got me out of a situation that likely would have cost me my home.Please be careful who you choose to look after your largest investment in your life.

I got my card replaced in January because of fraud. And it happened again. And these people are like lol call this number to tell them about your problem. Which is a lie because I've had purchases reversed at this branch.And the person who opened up my account put my middle name as "TT" because my first name has two Ts.It's amazing these people can tie their shoes in the morning.

Maria, the teller, helped me out the other day and my experience was amazing! She was quick to answer my questions about my new credit card, and was very knowledgable and seemed happy to be there.
