The young lady that was on in the morning Sunday April 28 was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the shoes we were looking for, even explaining the difference of the materials, and shared how to care for the shoes.

The short blonde lady, the manager with glasses, has very terrible customer service and no manners. My 89 year old mother came into the store the other day and when she told me the experience she had I was almost in tears. The manager was rude to her, dismissive, wouldn’t help her and instead insisted on the other, much younger staff, to do it themselves. She would not help my mother at the bench, even though my mother very visibly struggles to walk and cannot stand for long. She was very confused when the manager talked because she did not explain anything, talked aggressively and very fast. My mother said she had never felt so little and so in the way. Even though she came in for help, she thought she was the problem. It is disgusting and so disappointing for another human being to make someone feel that way. When I came in today to get shoes for my mother who had just left after the awful customer experience, without any shoes might I add, I was sadly met with the same experience. I had much more help from one of the younger staff, but when I tried to confront the manager she talked down to me very condescendingly. She dismissed me rudely and when I tried to tell her about the shoes, she quickly put a different staff in front of me. I didn’t even get the chance to bring up my mother before the manager left the store into the back. The young lady, I don’t know her name, was very kind though and if it weren’t for that, I wouldn’t be coming back here.

I was in the store recently trying to buy a pair of shoes when I witnessed an altercation between I believe a manager and an employee, the employee ended up walking out of the store bawling her eyes out, the lady that was yelling at this staff member was short and had blonde curly hair with glasses. I am never coming back here what disgusting behaviour to see from a person in a position of power. I will not be returning and supporting this company that allows their management to treat their staff like this.

Danielle and Emma were very helpful and friendly. They both went above and beyond, and should be recognized for their exceptional customer service, they are definitely the type of people you want to keep as employees in your store. Thank you both!

This location has gone downhill in the past few months… horrible customer service. Every time I come in here I am reminded why I don’t! The staff don’t come up to you and just stare at you without asking if you need any help!! This needs to be brought to the owners attention or whoever is head office of this location! Better off going to west Ed better service over there

Today was the third and last time I will attempt to buy from this location. Each time I was never asked for help. Today when I went to the counter to ask for sizes and help, I felt like I was bothering the employee. Little to no effort was given to help or even make a sale.

Walked in and was looking at shoes, not once did anybody ask if I needed help finding anything. 2 girls behind til just talking to eachother while there were people in the store needing help. It's fine if you want to talk but do your job first. I grabbed a pair of shoes and said "I don't think this size of shoe will fit me but I might as well try it on because I'm not getting any help". I thought that would get a response but didn't. I'm not spending $200 at a store if I'm not worth 5 minutes of time from the employees working there. Avoid here unless you like being ignored.

This store is the biggest waste of time. Made two separate trips into the store. Both times the number of customers ranged from just me to about a dozen. All 4 young adults "working" there did not make a single attempt to help anyone, not even to make eye contact. I continued to try on shoes that were too small, at one point even hold the shoe i wanted to try in another size for over 5 minute trying to make eye contact. Zero help.

This is the best softmoc I’ve ever been too ! They are always so friendly and all of them are very well educated on shoes and have great knowledge! Amazing customer service!!!!

Best Softmoc location I have been to.I was having troubles at the Londonderry location about a return for a defective shoe and they wouldn’t hear me out and were very mean about the whole ordeal, after sometime figuring it out I went to this location to finally exchange them for a new pair and I was assisted by the nicest person ever, they helped me from start to finish and made me feel heard, I will always go through here from now on, they have the kindest most helpful staff I have seen out of so many locations.And special thanks to who helped me, you are amazing at your job! :)

Few days ago I bought a pair of shoes at this location, I was helped by Alejandro. Today I went back to the store to exchange my shoes for a bigger number and I was helped by Ricardo, they were both very polite and so helpful. I didn't get the name of the third young female associate in the store , but they were all kind and welcoming. I love my new shoes and I appreciate the wonderful customer service we received. Thank you so very much.
