Very positive experience in purchasing in purchasing mattress, box spring and pillows. The salesman was very helpful annd even carried the pillows and mattress cover to my vehicle. The delivery crew were very efficient and pleasant in bringing the spring and mattress into the bedroom.

I originally chose a bed that was too firm (replaced my old super plush one and over compensated in the other direction), but was able to get a more comfortable one as part of their return policy.
