I would like to express my appreciation for this place, especially for the excellent attitude of the staff, their warm welcome, and their professional way of dealing with customers. Their service truly creates a positive experience. I also value the fact that there is a designated waiting/queue area, which helps keep things organized.
At the same time, there are a few points that I hope can be reviewed. The place could benefit from some updates and improvements to make it more comfortable and visually appealing. I also noticed that some similar items have different prices, and a few products seem overpriced compared to the market.
I believe the store could really revitalize the market by offering strong promotions, especially during January and February, as customers during these months truly deserve attractive deals that encourage shopping.

“Stand is a very nice person with good customer relationship, I bought a brand new stove from his store on mkt place and I tried it in my house it wasn’t working I called him to complain and this guy follow up with plenty calls and promised I shouldn’t worry he will help me fix everything. He came nxt morning with a guy to check it n took it back to try it in different place and was working so he did a video call for me to see the stove working and the problem was with my house electricals, I asked him if he can help with someone who is good electrician and he gave me a contact and now my beautiful new stove is working perfectly??. Thanks again Stand. Will definitely be shopping from you from now onwards. Keep the good job up?????”
“Popped in this weekend for the first time, I was driving by and noticed it. What a fantastic little gem! The lady working was so kind and helpful. I will be adding this place to my list of places I look for furniture and decor. I wish I grabbed her name, she was so lovely!!”

“Just found this place and love it! They seem to cherry pick through all the stuff that's donated and sell the good stuff. You don't find a lot of junk here. And the prices are excellent! They don't have a seniors day which is disappointing and I hear they are cutting back a couple of days where they don't offer 50% off in a color tag sale, but otherwise it's well worth visiting! Super clean and tidy and the staff is really nice. Some areas look like boutique! We'll definitely go back, but only on days that offer some sort of discount.

“I love this Value village! They always seem to have a huge selection! I made a mistake last time I was there, I bought a table lamp for $7.99 I believe it was, and then went and forgot it there! (I also bought other stuff) it was closing time, so no ones fault except my own.”

“I do not go to thrift store a lot but I would say this is the biggest one I have been that it was overwhelming, however, you get a really nice selection for a good price.”
