“LOVED our visit!! Anthony is a superstar representing an amazing company. We had so much fun creating our own Lego Mini Figure - the only spot in Canada to do so and only one in four in North America - from designing the front and back, adding stickers to it and then the accessories. Anthony was so helpful, patient, and fun as we tried to find pieces to finalise our vision. It turned out absolutely wonderful.”

“Came across this store from an Instagram foodie/influencer account. As I was browsing, I noticed they had the Jelly Cat I was looking to gift a friend of mine. So I ordered thinking it was going to come in a weeks time, but it got delivered the same day! Although I do live locally, I was so surprised that the processing for my item was so fast compared to other local sellers. I’m so impressed with the store’s efficiency, selection, and pricing. I hope to visit in store eventually.”

“One of the best card shops in town by far. The customer service from Nicki, Wayne, Cory, and the entire team is always friendly and welcoming from the moment we walk in the door. It's a family business and you feel the family love when you're there. Prices are always great and often the most competitive in the city. I had to chuckle at previous reviews saying packs have been sus because that's just so not the case. These folks are awesome!”

“Im a regular for the coffee and occasionally get gifts and clothes from the children’s area. The owners are lovely people, always ready to greet you cheerfully. The curation of brands and toys Ellen puts out is beautiful - the perfect place to get that special outfit or birthday present. My drink is the condensed milk latte, delicious every time! “All things for the new baby till toddler age. The store is well lit and clean. There is lots of parking with easy access from 97 St. There is an excellent selection of clothing to cribs to high chairs to toys and everything in between. My wife and I became grandparents recently and came here to look and some baby stuff. We were impressed with the selection of baby items. The staff was friendly and helpful.”
“If you sign up for their loyalty program, you can add your kids on to your profile and they get a free gift for their birthdays. Currently the choices have changed and no longer gift Lego mini figs or beanie babies. Now have a selection of bouncing balls, deck of cards and hacky sack.”

“I love this store.Coming to it makes me ecstatic and the quality and quantity of the toys are amazing and are better than many other stores. The owner and other staff are nice and help you quickly and are also much more friendly than other staff. The decoration is great and the toys are also incredible.Once I went to the store, and they had an amazing selection of toys. I bought a Darth Vader helmet and it is perfect and doesn't fall apart like any of the other reviews.The staff there are all very friendly and help you with anything you need and are looking for.This store is an incredible place in the mall and I highly recommend going to it.”
“Kawaii Alley has an awesome collection of Sanrio and San-X items. I was trying to purchase the my number 1 favorite plush of hello kitty and my melody but when I tried entering my shipping address it kept saying it doesn’t ship to me even though they ship anywhere in Canada. So, I reached out to Kawaii Alley and the owner Lily responded quickly and was able to help me out. Lily was so lovely and very helpful. My plushies came in and I’ve added them to my collection. I will definitely purchase from them again ??”
