“This dealership came recommended by my local mechanic in Hanna. I had an issue that they’d fixed as far as they could with my 2017 Expedition and then it required a dealership to do the programming. The recommendation was spot on. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. They kept me updated at every step and every cost, and they even washed my vehicle both times that it was in! As an added bonus, I do most of my own work that I can on my vehicle, not my husband. I hate bringing a vehicle in and the mechanic answers my questions and directs the answer to my husband! (He has NO clue about vehicles). Not here. I wasn’t an invisible woman and every question and answer were directed to me. How refreshing! Let’s face it, no one really likes having to go to a dealership for work, but these folks made the experience a good one. I was pleasantly surprised that it really didn’t cost much more than my local mechanic did either. All around, it was a great experience. I won’t hesitate to return if I require work again.”

“After our vehicle began having issues just before getting to Stettler (on our way to Ont), the staff were exceptional in getting a diagnosis, parts that were needed and the work completed. From the time we limped in the dealership, until we were on our way, was 2 quick hours!!! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as well as getting us back on the road. Exceptional service!!! Thank You”
