“Absolutely fantastic service. This store understands customer service and then sets the bar higher. My tire developed a leak on the way into town, I started heading for their shop and had to pull over before I lost all my air. I called the store and there was a technician out on another call, he swung by within 10 minutes, put air in the tire and was able to get to their shop to get it repaired.

“This dealership came recommended by my local mechanic in Hanna. I had an issue that they’d fixed as far as they could with my 2017 Expedition and then it required a dealership to do the programming. The recommendation was spot on. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. They kept me updated at every step and every cost, and they even washed my vehicle both times that it was in! As an added bonus, I do most of my own work that I can on my vehicle, not my husband. I hate bringing a vehicle in and the mechanic answers my questions and directs the answer to my husband! (He has NO clue about vehicles). Not here. I wasn’t an invisible woman and every question and answer were directed to me. How refreshing! Let’s face it, no one really likes having to go to a dealership for work, but these folks made the experience a good one. I was pleasantly surprised that it really didn’t cost much more than my local mechanic did either. All around, it was a great experience. I won’t hesitate to return if I require work again.”

“A big thank you to Travis and Dakota for all of their help! We got a flat tire and within 3 hours they were able to see if they could fix our tire, then replaced our tires (we ended up getting a new set since ours were super bald 😅). We have a long drive tomorrow so I am grateful for all of the help! Definitely coming back for some winter tires when ours are due.”

“After our vehicle began having issues just before getting to Stettler (on our way to Ont), the staff were exceptional in getting a diagnosis, parts that were needed and the work completed. From the time we limped in the dealership, until we were on our way, was 2 quick hours!!! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as well as getting us back on the road. “Took my f350 service truck in for a CVIP and some other work. They addressed all the issues with my truck and more. My truck need to run 365 and they got all the repairs completed in good time. They even wash my truck and it was a mess when I brought it in. Thank you Aspen Ford”
