“I had a very bad engine oil leak. I went to Jiffy lube and they found the leaks at the oil sending unit and the oli cooler. They changed the oil cooler gasket for me and the oil sending unit. I hadn't worked in a while due to illness. We made an agreement that I would allow them to change the oil filter. All the work was done and charged me for only the Oil change. I was helped by the entire crew, no other customers so early at opening time. Their confidence and customer care was wonderful. They saved me money and got me out of a real bad situation. I have been telling others in conservation all week. Nice to be in a community where business's look after the citizens of the community. Proud to say they're located in Stony Plain by the McDonald's. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. I will be a repeat customer.”

“Had a great experience today getting an oil change on my 4Runner. I usually do my own oil changes, but decided against it this time. So made a quick stop at jiffy lube to get one done. They were quick & professional guys. They didn’t try & push me into anything I didn’t need. I was in & out in 15 mins- if even. I overheard them with another customer, too. He came in for an air filter & ended up not needing one. They could’ve easily sold the guy an air filter but they were honest with him & told him he didn’t need one right now & the guy was on his way. It’s hard to come by honest shops these days, so that was something nice to see. I’ll definitely be back again! Thanks guys.”
