“Super friendly and helpful staff with good knowledge! (Once you find them). I had a great experience today buying a pair of boots. The staff member who helped me knew what she was talking about and was able to help me find the perfect pair.

I will say, however... There is truth to some of the lower rating reviews. When I walked in, there was no greeting, and because the staff don't wear uniforms... I simply couldn't find anybody to help me. I kind of just wandered aimlessly, seeing if I could identify anybody as a staff member. Nobody was behind any counters, and nobody came over to me to see if I needed help. I ended up going to the front counter and waiting for a few minutes until someone arrived — and then service was great from that point!

Overall, once I got help, the service was top-notch! But the management/owners should maybe consider implementing some sort of door-greet policy, or even name tags for staff members. Clearly, it's an issue many people have encountered based on the reviews, and I think something as simple as that could be an easy fix! Otherwise, a good store, with good selection, and knowledgeable staff. Deserving of 5 stars.”
