“I normally don't give such a good rating without taking the time to consider more of the negatives. However, the availability of pumps was great. There are 2 washrooms built into the main building, with exterior doors. And at least 1 of the 2 washrooms had a shower. Which, I thought was pretty neat. 1 of the digital gas payment machines or whatever you wanna call it had an issue. As was noted with a piece of paper. But, the other one worked fine. Like usual, there only seems to be 1 lane of gas pumps at each UFA. It would be nice to see a higher ratio of gas to diesel. But, beggers can't be choosers. Great price, and this definitely gives options that most gas stations don't offer. Just remember to have your UFA card.”

“We were travelling home and were greeted with a friendly hello. Next, the bathrooms were checked for cleanliness by this friendly young lady. As we were making our coffees, we were told to simply let her know when we were ready as she was busy sweeping. Finally as we were paying for our coffees, this sweet young lady, Reet, asked us if we had PC Optimum points. My wife thanked her for her lovely friendly face. Reet was truly lovely and that is such a wonderful thing to see! The coffee was tasty and hot too! Thank you, Reet for your hospitality! We will come back next time we come through Whitecourt!”
“Flying J in Whitecourt, Alberta, is my go-to travel stop for trips to and from Grande Prairie and Edmonton. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get off the highway and recharge during my travels.
One of the standout features of this Flying J is the cleanliness of the washrooms. It’s always refreshing to find a well-maintained facility, especially during long drives. The employees are consistently friendly and go out of their way to acknowledge customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
While I do find some items a bit pricey, especially snacks and drinks, the overall quality of the service and facilities makes up for it. The convenience store is well-stocked with a variety of products, ensuring that I can find what I need for my journey. Additionally, the availability of fuel and ample parking is a big plus.
Flying J offers a nice selection of food options, and I appreciate being able to grab a quick bite before hitting the road again. Overall, I highly recommend this travel stop for anyone needing a reliable break during their travels. It’s clean, convenient, and staff are always pleasant”
“Stopped at this gas station today and had such a great experience! The girl working there was incredibly polite and welcoming. The whole place was spotless, the floors were clean and everything was well organised. I also grabbed some food and it was fresh and surprisingly good. It’s nice to see a gas station that really cares about customer service and cleanliness. Highly recommend!”
“The staff there are fantastic n funny n very clean store n there def pumps actually work in the winter....kudos to them fantastic but not like the co op in Lloydminster Ab as there def pumps never work even on warm days as Lloydminster co op sucks but Whitecourt co op is awesum”
