Today I purchased a Verizon refill card from the Family Dollar store in Ajo , Arizona.
I tried to make a payment through my Verizon app .
It said the pin number I entered had already been used .
I went back to the Family Dollar store , and found Rocky , the woman that rang up my purchase .
She explained to me how the card worked , but she could tell I was not understanding .
With my permission took my phone took me through all the steps to show me my balance on the Verizon app .
I went into the store feeling anxious about possibly losing money , I came away feeling that my issue had been resolved !
I feel She went beyond her job description , and really helped me out !”
