I was in an accident before going out of the country, and Javier and team not only fixed my truck, the whole team (Cassandra in particular) was amazing on keeping me updated. When they did an estimate, when they started repairs, estimated date of completion, etc - in every case I got a useful update.
At the end, since I dropped my truck off at another Gerber location, they ended up dropping my repaired truck off in my driveway. Saved me a trip when I returned.
