“I called Universal Glass to get a quote on replacing the glass for a large picture window in my home whose coating had started to fail. The person on the phone was very helpful and provided me a ballpark estimate range and helped me schedule time for a tech to come out and provide a dialed in quote. Within a few days of my initial call, the tech had visited, provided a reasonable price and solid explanation on the process and options, and had order the glass after my approval. A couple weeks later they were back to install the new glass. They were not able to use scaffolding (as they originally intended) and discounted my final bill by a few hundred dollars because of it, even though it required more labor on their end. Overall, I am very happy with the efficient process, the friendly staff, and the quality of the work. I will use Universal again for any future glass needs and highly recommend them as a reliable and reasonable shop.”

Unfortunately, my brand new car “made contact with a concrete wall” while on vacation, I was so distraught and worried my car would never look the same. I was referred to Quality 1st Glass by my insurance company after part of my sunroof became damaged and I know I’ll be going back to them if I ever need windshield / glass work done in the future.
Their service was second to none - James and crew were extremely professional, communicative, efficient/speedy, and the work was done thoroughly with care, attention and friendliness. Everything they were doing and what I needed was explained very well.
I also had a really tough ask where some glass shards had become lodged inside my seatbelt (see photo), basically rendering it inoperable and they gave it a ton of time and attention to fix it and save me a lot of extra time (and possibly more out of pocket costs because I don’t know if anyone else would have taken the time to take the entire seatbelt apart and find the smallest little piece of glass that was lodged in there and remove it).
They are also mobile and come out to you with a lot of flexibility - which is great.
James and crew are the best. Will be using their services again, if needed.”

Collision today to have it inspected because I had pulled up an auto check saying my car did in fact have frame/structural damage. “My dang air compressor went out but my vehicle is about 13,000 miles short of 100K miles so with this Phoenix heat it wasn't opsurprising that it gave out. However, I didn't stress because Sun Devil Auto is just behind the neighborhood that I live in and I knew they would take care of me. The service manager is awesome and friendly I really like working with him and the mechanics do a great job and get the job done right the first time. I was there right when there shop opened at 7AM and my vehicle was ready to go by 4PM. They guided me every step of the way and didnt try to take advantage of the situation because of the need to have AC in this heat. They offer a credit card and or a 90 day same as cash option through a finance company and let me tell you that was a huge relief and allowed me to get my vehicle fixed with cold AC again! Sun Devil Auto at 43rd Ave & Thunderbird is amazing and truly take care of the customer. I highly recommend them.”

“Phenomenal experience! JJ at 11 Bravo replaced the windshields on two of my vehicles. I was in a bit of a bind with my insurance company because the job needed to be done as soon as possible. They ensured that everything was ready to go, and JJ was able to get out and do the job promptly. The insurance company gave them the go-ahead, and they completed the job promptly and did an incredible job. I highly recommend them and would definitely choose them again.”
