In Facilities, we usually only hear about when things go wrong, so I know the importance of customer satisfaction and when I experience good customer service, I always want the company to know about it.

Desiree, at the Anthem Dunn Edwards location, is TRULY the epitome of OUTSTANDING customer service.

I purchased a home and was in need of paint samples, as well as matching paint from a rental (for touch ups). She was so dedicated to helping me with my needs, and her personal attention was simply genuine.

She WANTED to make sure I was getting what I needed.

She has so much pride in her work and it is obvious by the way she ensures all customer’s get what they need and make sure they are taken care of REALLY well.

Desiree is one of the most genuine, friendly (she knows EVERYONE by first name…and that is an amazing skill set), helpful, courteous person with such a positive attitude.

Every time I have been in the store (A LOT the last two weeks), her customers are always smiling and receiving great service.

Desiree truly prioritizes her customer’s needs and does it with THE biggest and best smile you will ever see. I am moving to Norterra, however I will intentionally make the drive back to Anthem Dunn Edwards for all my painting needs.

I manage a call center team, and wish I could hire a “Desiree” for all my positions.

In addition…the store is so organized, clean and welcoming. As a Senior Facilities Manager, those qualities are important to me.
