“Many years ago my wife was involved in an accident. And our insurance company recommended Rapid Collision. Through the years my car has been there once and my wife's car has been worked on there four or five times. We have never had an issue with their work or estimates. We have had dents repaired and our cars painted. Bumpers repaired and replaced. They have even replaced our window regulators at our expense. And the price was reasonable. And the regulators were installed the same day the parts arrived. Through the years we have spoken mostly to Jeff and Nate. Both have been nothing but professional and efficient. We try not to take up too much of their time. Knowing that phone calls take them away from their hands on work. But thus far they have not disappointed. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.”

“The $5 wash didn't get all the bugs/debris off the car but I didn't necessarily expect that for the price. They did pre-brush the grille and windshield. The vacuum had great suction but the hose wasn't long enough to reach the back of the SUV. I backed in once I was done with the front to reach the back. I loved the handheld blowers to blow out the vents, dashboard and seats. I also loved the microfiber towels they had available to wipe down the car. Great place, I highly recommend!”

“My 1999 Jeep Wrangler has been used hard and dirty for years without much love and attention. I dropped it off with Wes for a 2 day full inside and out detail. When I went back to pick it up - my jaw dropped. It looked 15 years newer! For real. The outside was polished to a shine. The inside was spotless and years of dirt, mold, and sawdust were completely gone. Furthermore, much to my delight Wes went above and beyond and cleaned up and restored some parts of the car that weren't in the project plan (including a busted door hinge thing). Wes is a super friendly and great guy and I'm thrilled to have given him my business. And in exchange, I couldn't possibly be any happier with his work. I'll be recommending him to friends and will absolutely return in the future. He's got a loyal customer for life! Make sure you say hi to his new pup when you're there. Pro tip #1: The front entrance to his shop is actually on Thorndyke and not on 16th. Pro tip #2: Because Wes does such awesome work, he gets booked out weeks in advance. So plan ahead and get on his schedule early.”
