Their manager Joe got me started on their monthly plan several years ago, so I've had the privilege since then of seeing the way he brings people up through the ranks. Late Wednesday night there was a minor issue going through the tunnel, and the way Miley handled it was the epitome of customer service. We all make mistakes from time to time, but the way we handle those mistakes is what sets us apart. Miley is yet another example of successful mentoring by Joe.
