“My truck remote seemed not to be working so I stopped in and 'Drake' (a very customer service employee) assisted me in replacing the battery. What I didn't know or had forgotten was that there is a small button on the remote when pushed gives me an emergency key if the remote does not work. I very much appreciated him showing at the me.
