Battery Stores in Queen Creek, AZ

“I came here last week because i was having issues with my car battery. Explained to the gentleman (who was wearing an awesome hat that day) that my car turned on when I pressed the battery under the hood. The gentleman knew it needed to be screwed on tighter, grabbed his tools and screwed it tight for me. My battery wasnt installed properly by AAA. After he screwed everything tight, my car turned on and i havent had issues since.Every time i come here they are always helpful and more than willing to explain things to me and to try their best!!! Someone from this store even changed my break light.I dont mean to compare but they have been more helpful than autozone. -Thanks guys!”

“I was in the store off hunts highway and Bella Vista ( next to McDonald's) and this guy was in there fighting with the manger and another employee about them not having cash in the store first thing when they open. He was throwing the biggest hissy fit. C'mon now. They literally just opened the door for both of us. I mean some people are so thick headed. Once this guy left I went up to the counter and Scott greeted me with a hello as if he didn't just deal with an A-hole customer. I really like this store. They go out of their way for you when they can.”

“I came in last night to get a new battery for my 2016 Ford Focus. Dakota was there to help me. He made the experience as pleasurable as possible. He was quick and efficient, while taking care to not damage my car. Getting the battery into my car was a bit of an ordeal, but he didn't complain once. I truly appreciate the time he took to help me. It doesn't happen very often anymore, that customer service is at the forefront, but Dakota had it in spades! Thank you again, Dakota!”

“Have to give a shout out to two outstanding employees at your store , JJ and Lou did an amazing job! As we were in town for the Drag Boat Nationals out at Wild Horse Motorsports Park in Chandler and urgently needed a combination of batteries. They researched to come of with replacements , called different stores and went beyond . Most people just say sorry we can't help you after one or two look ups. Not these guys! They had a determination approach in making sure we got what we needed and went way beyond to get us back in the race last Saturday. Thanks Guys!”
