I ordered a new battery for my 2022 VW Tiguan, and what was estimated to be a 40 minute installation was actually a quick 20 minute change, including the adaptation of my battery management system. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, and even took the time to give me some helpful tips about my car. I really appreciated how easy he made the whole experience. “I had the best experience here! I believe Brad, the assistant manager, is the one who helped me. I came in this morning needing to fix my hood that wouldn’t stay up. He was EXTREMELY helpful & was able to order me the parts & they got there within the hour. He took the time and changed them out for me as well. He was just the nicest guy & I really appreciated him being so quick & efficient. This is the second time that I have had wonderful customer experiences here. This location has the best staff!!!”
