“I had the best experience here! I believe Brad, the assistant manager, is the one who helped me. I came in this morning needing to fix my hood that wouldn’t stay up. He was EXTREMELY helpful & was able to order me the parts & they got there within the hour. He took the time and changed them out for me as well. He was just the nicest guy & I really appreciated him being so quick & efficient. This is the second time that I have had wonderful customer experiences here. This location has the best staff!!!”

“Brandan made my visit today super easy, and I learned a lot in the process! I ordered a new battery for my 2022 VW Tiguan, and what was estimated to be a 40 minute installation was actually a quick 20 minute change, including the adaptation of my battery management system. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, and even took the time to give me some helpful tips about my car. I really appreciated how easy he made the whole experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for any future needs!”

“Had a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Nicolas. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. It’s hard to find customer service like that anymore. Nicolas definitely went above and beyond and is a great representation of O’Reilly Auto Parts. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of the service he provided. Highly recommend asking for Nicolas!”
