“Nice people working behind the counter. Easy to shop here, a smaller one than most but they had the windshield washer fluid I was looking for. On sale today so stoked.”
“Christopher at O’Reilly Auto Parts delivered one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had hands down. From the moment I walked in, his greeting was genuine and welcoming, setting the tone right away.
He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through multiple battery options without rushing or overselling. He made sure I understood the differences so I could confidently choose the right fit for my vehicle and we landed on the perfect one.
What really stood out was the level of care he put into the entire process. He didn’t just help me pick a battery he made sure I had the correct warranty, all the necessary tools, and clear, step-by-step guidance on how to switch it out myself. That kind of thoroughness is rare.
Christopher is the definition of attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. If you go to O’Reilly’s, ask for him you’ll be in great hands.”
“The guys here are just amazing !!!!! Super helpful, very nice and extremely patient. They got my phone fixed same day and even went above & beyond to help me with insurance.”
“I threw my cv axle nuts away like an idiot, AutoZone across the street was little help, Anthony was able to help me though, after searching it seemed like I was out of luck, but he found the thread pitch and was able to search inventory for that and get me what I needed. Very courteous man, asking about my name and pronunciation to address me properly before sending me on my way with what I needed. Thanks Anthony!”

“Needed a new battery. Went in and a young lady named Kayce (sp) helped me out. Had such a nice attitude, very pleasant. Hooked up my new battery and also tested my Starter and Alternator, just great customer service, rare nowadays.”
