“Best price for chewing tobacco. They usually have 2 or 3 great deals on certain brands of vape. Great selection of glass products with decent prices. Staff is friendly”
“Aj was very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly and I appreciate his patience since I am new to the vaping world so def feel like things went smooth thanks”
“My experience at this smoke shop was the best is very clean on the inside The people are very hospitable I even got a free item for my first time coming inside highly recommend this place if you're looking for high quality products and great customer service”
“I’ve spent years doing my best to find a solid home vibe smoke shop between California & Arizona. I found this shop & haven’t left. This is the only shop I go to twice a week. Every single person that walked here is beyond kind and very knowledgeable in every and any product I ask about. They treat everyone like they are VIP. The shop has 3x more variety & options than most, very clean & organized, and keep up with what the “NEW” thing is at that time. Life time customer now. These guys kick ass! Never been in a shop that is so welcoming and rad!”
“Quick service always with a smile. Always open on time. For how busy this store gets I'm amazed by how clean and well stocked it always looks!
I feel bad for the employees here who have to deal with grumpy old people on a daily basis. Do you really need to wait in the parking lot at 7:30am so you can waste $500 on lottery scratchers? Get a life!
The world does not revolve around your retired schedule. Store hours are posted for a reason.”
“Very helpful workers. They helped me with what I was looking for. Gentlemen there is very knowledgeable and the store had variety of products most smoke shops around don’t have. Highly recommend!”
“Helios has the best prices and customer service out of all of the other vape shops in the area. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Great job, Helios. That's how you keep loyal customers.”
“The woman that worked there was super awesome and very helpful to me and courteous The Establishment was also very clean and had a wide variety of different items!”
“This is a well run vape shop. The employees, starting with manager, all understand the assignment. They greet you with a sincere hello, ask what you need/want and are genuinely interested in making sure the entire experience is positive. I tend to ask way too many questions, not one time has any employee balked at my inquiries, rather they seem to welcome the conversation. The management is accommodating when a vape is defective or when the costumer simply doesn’t like the flavor. Most shops have a “tough luck, all sales are final” attitude, this shop would rather the hit and keep the customer.
Manager J, is operating well above his pay grade. He is prompt to respond to any concern and even more efficient in resolving the situation. He takes time to get to know his customers, their preferences and works hard to keep em coming back. J is an asset to this business and should be promoted as soon as possible.
Vape Lab 2, its management and employees are the blueprint for customer retention and a solid experience.”

“I had a really great experience at Red Star Vape. Bryn was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere of the shop was welcoming and clean. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. Definitely one of the better vape shops I’ve been to — I’ll absolutely be coming back.”
