“Good selection and staff. Been going here for years and have only had a few small issues. Had to leave 3 stars because I always buy multiple vapes at a time and had 1 that does not work at all. Took it back in a few days later and they have a 24hr return policy so I wasted $25 and was only offered 10% off a new one. This is only the 2nd time I’ve had a vape not work out of the box and the previous time they swapped it out with no issue. There are shops all over the place so I will be finding a new one to frequent. Make sure to try all your products before leaving so you don’t run into the same experience!Editing on 3-19-24, have continued to use these guys along with another vape shop and they continue to provide top notch service. I just make sure to try my vapes before leaving and the 1 time I had an issue they swapped it out with no problem.”
“Very nice people that work there that will help you with whatever you need, there's been a few times where i got (or was given) but they said to come back and trade it in with the the correct one with no problemalso they have a points system where you gain points after each purchase that can be used later to knock a few bucks off your order which is something I don't see very much with other smoke shops”

“This place is rad! Didn’t know they had a drive-thru but the lady said she’d get anything I needed if I go through the next time. The cigar selection is pretty decent as well.Why I gave 4-stars and not 5? The wine selection. If they had a better array of wine, champagne, & sparkling wine I’d never have to go to Total Wine.Other than that this place is great! Gold Canyon continues to amaze me!”

“Miss Kimberly (I believe was her name) is the most nice, sweet, friendly, helpful and prosocial clerk I have encountered in a very long time. I went with my service dog, and he had a small medical emergency while I was on my way there. And when I arrived at the smoke shop, Kimberly helped me get water for my dog, and allowed me to loiter around until Pedro (my little buddy) was able to get up and climb in a cab. She was a lifesaver that day, and is extraordinarily pleasant every time I see her when I go by. I am thrilled with this business and highly recommend you stop by and get your supplies here!”
