“This is a well run vape shop. The employees, starting with manager, all understand the assignment. They greet you with a sincere hello, ask what you need/want and are genuinely interested in making sure the entire experience is positive. I tend to ask way too many questions, not one time has any employee balked at my inquiries, rather they seem to welcome the conversation. The management is accommodating when a vape is defective or when the costumer simply doesn’t like the flavor. Most shops have a “tough luck, all sales are final” attitude, this shop would rather the hit and keep the customer.
Manager J, is operating well above his pay grade. He is prompt to respond to any concern and even more efficient in resolving the situation. He takes time to get to know his customers, their preferences and works hard to keep em coming back. J is an asset to this business and should be promoted as soon as possible.

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. Andrew was really great as I had multiple items I needed; a new tank for my old mod, new coils and a new mod with a touch screen. He helped me set it up and we primed it for use with my 0% e-juice. I would return to this shop if I'm back in AZ again!”
