“Overall good experience. Be aware they actually close at 2 pm on Saturdays, not 5pm. 5 pm is on their Google hours and posted hours, but when I arrived to drop off my dog's urine sample at 2:58pm they said they closed at 2pm.”

“I took my cat here and everyone was very nice. I was indecisive on what route I should take with trying to get him diagnosed because I’m very short on money at the moment. The vet was patient through my indecisiveness, and did not rush me. He had practical solutions without trying to push unnecessary tests which I appreciated. I was concerned of some reviews saying he was “rude.” I didn’t think he was at all, just straight forward, which I also appreciate because my cat being diagnosed accurately is more important than the vet trying to be my best friend. I feel like they genuinely care about your pet and the prices were very reasonable, so I will continue to bring my animals here.”

“I was really impressed with this place! I booked an appointment for two pets and had my choice of 3 days the following week, not a month or two later. Check in was fast and efficient with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their communication with me was as promised. Honestly, I was expecting to get back extremely drowsy and drugged babies. You know, get as many as possible in and out for max profit. That was not the case. They were awake and hungry! The incisions are tiny! I don't think my male kitten even noticed. Lol.”

“I came to find bird food. The store was very clean and it was easy to find what I was looking for and they had a lot more variety of brands and types of feed then I've seen at other stores. I was easily able to find a variety that didn't have shelled sunflower seeds. The clerks were nice and friendly. It seems like a good store.”

“I’m a first time puppy parent and am so grateful for all of the staff that love and care for my little Fifi. I was hesitant at first about the drop off policy but their wonderful communication and professionalism put me at ease. Dr. Fox is kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating— going above and beyond to make sure my pup is taken care of. The front staff are fantastic and explain things very clearly. The techs are attentive and friendly. I once left Banfield after an appointment and was checking out at PetSmart when a Banfield employee came up to me to hand me a prescription I had forgotten to grab on my way out. I was so thankful they went out of their way, and that was just one of the many times they’ve showed how much they care. Thank you!”
