The layout is confusing and instead of going to pay at checkout and teasing my dog that we are by the door maybe just have a tap to pay set up at the clinic so while they get shots we can pay. Also having to show up 10 minutes early to wait longer seems silly.

Everyone was very kind and took care of my puppy with kindness. She never even made a sound while getting her shot.

Due to their great care, Angel received all of her shots and not a whimper. I love that they come to my store so that she can be cared for without the stress of traveling long distances.
