“Our 1 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback was not acting like himself…he was lethargic and had loss vision in one eye. Dr. Emily Ozmun was our doc when we first brought him in to Power Ranch. Our boy is very anxious and not a fan of the vet. She and the other techs were very patient and did all the could to slow down and assess him accurately. We had a concern after leaving and Dr. Emily called us back that day. It was identified after tests our dog had Valley Fever. Dr. Emily called us after each blood test to talk with us and make a plan, and even emailed a summary of our conversation so I could properly reiterate it to my partner. She has been truly empathetic and genuine in her care. We’ve all never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen and all the techs have been amazing. Itll be a journey for us with our pup, but it’s a little less difficult knowing we have a great vet on our side.”
“My mom and I brought her cat, Abbe, to Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital after she suddenly lost the use of her hind legs. We learned that she had suffered a blood clot, and it was one of the most stressful mornings we've ever experienced.
The entire staff was absolutely amazing. I wish I could remember everyone's names because every single person treated us with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which meant so much during such an emotional and overwhelming situation.
They quickly referred us to another animal hospital and even called ahead so they would be ready for us. When we arrived, they took Abbe back immediately to begin testing.
Sadly, after learning about her condition and prognosis, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let Abbe go. There simply wasn't a guarantee that she would have a chance at recovery, and it was one of the hardest decisions we've ever had to make.
Thank you to everyone at Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital for your caring hearts, compassion, and the exceptional care you gave both Abbe, my mom, and I during such a difficult time. We will always be grateful.”

“This place is awesome they help me out with payment plan very good prices better than everybody else in town and they're so caring I started to have a bad experience but then they helped me out I really appreciate it I just moved up here from Kansas didn't have much money these guys were awesome my dog jumped over a piece of metal and sliced your belly wide open and they help me stitch her up and then when the stitches came out cuz she swelled up they were quick to let me bring it back in so they can restitch her up these guys are awesome you couldn't find a better veterinarian in town”
“Excellent veterinary care! My cat is very anxious and usually does not react well at the vet, even on gabapentin. The technicians and veterinarian were very quick while still being thorough, which both my cat and I appreciated. They were the first clinic I have taken him to who has been able to do a blood draw without further sedation! I will absolutely be bringing my cat here for any future wellness checks and medical care.”
“I always see bad reviews here for the wait time because of the emergency walk ins they take and I just want to give you my POV as someone who WAS the emergency walk in. They are always patient, kind, extremely understanding. They take the time to make sure you are fully aware of all issues and even check in after hours to provide above and beyond care if needed. My little girls have always and WILL ALWAYS go here, even though their provider has had to change a few times. Each doctor that has gotten to meet them has been nothing but OUTSTANDING. I trust this team with my babies and I will never doubt that they do everything they can. On top of all of this they are extremely communicative and flexible with my ever changing schedule. Truly a wonderful office. I would give 10,000 stars if I could”
“Absolutely love love this office!! It’s not just one person, it’s everyone there. I have been taking my two boxers there for some time and will go nowhere else if I do not need to. Everything is great from potential care plans, to annual shots or care to surgery, which both of mine have had to have and the two were not for the same problem.

“Noe's Ark is the best with my boy Henry who is far from a fan of anyone touching his nails. They always treat our dogs with the best sweetest care, especially with Henry's nail trims. He's a bit dramatic and can be difficult but he did have a bad experience in the past with another groomer. Couldn't be more thankful to have a vet office full of staff I know I can trust, also super convenient that they're right across the street from me :)”
“We really like dr villalpando. We have a 13yr old and 6 yr old, both malshi’s. It’s hard as they age. We hope to stay with her and her team every appointment because that sad day will eventually come. She is kind and calm. Her due team were awesome too. They had great tips and watched me give a shot to the older one. Saying “great job” gives me confidence to do it at home now! The change to LOVEPET is really settling with us now. 😊 Thank you!”
“Best vet in the valley and beyond. My family has been bringing our animals in to the Bramley’s for 38yrs so it’s a family business even still which is awesome. If you like quality humans that take exceptional care of your fur babies or unfured babies Eastside Animal Hospital is the place to go. Dr Dan is so incredibly smart and personable & he’s great at what he does. As is everyone else that is lucky enough to work there(they DO NOT go through staff like most other vet offices, most have been there an incredibly long time). I feel lucky to live so close and always have a convenient time and place to take my 3 Great Danes and chihuahua mix. I know they’re in the best hands and care.”

Alma School Animal Hospital has cared for Duke since the day he came into our family after a very traumatic life. From the beginning, you took the time to understand him, care for him, and love on him as if he were your own. You saw beyond his challenges and treated him with patience, compassion, and so much love.
Duke was my daughter’s best friend and protector, so losing him has been incredibly difficult. When we learned that he was so sick, your team gave us the time we needed, explained everything with such care, and helped us navigate an unimaginable moment with compassion and understanding.
Over the years, Duke was seen for so many things, from alopecia (who knew dogs could have that?!), to allergies, and ultimately the internal bleeding that unexpectedly took his life. Through every concern, your team was thorough, thoughtful, and always focused on what was best for Duke. We especially appreciated that you considered the cost of care and helped us find the most effective and affordable options whenever possible. That level of compassion and consideration is truly appreciated.
What touched us most was the sympathy card we received, signed with personal messages from every single staff member. That small gesture meant more than you probably realize. It reminded us that Duke was not just another patient to you; he was known, loved, and remembered.
This has been an incredibly painful loss for our family, but the entire team at Alma School Animal Hospital made something so heartbreaking a little easier through your kindness, care, and understanding. You recognized that we did not simply lose a dog; we lost a beloved family member.
Thank you for loving Duke, caring for him, and supporting our family through some of his hardest moments and, ultimately, his final one. We will forever be grateful for the compassion you showed him and for the love you gave my daughter and me.”

Dr saw my boy for emergency infection on a Saturday and after the great attention and care, I brought my girl in after she was not getting better after visiting and having blood drawn at another vet. Other vet missed a red flag in the blood work which this doctor caught and is now working to get my girl healthy again. Great doctor, and prices won’t kill ya.”
