Drive up pharmacy intercom doesn't work. They emailed/ texted me that my prescription was ready, but only 1 of 2 was actually ready. Extra trip for nothing

Whenever I have a issue , Pharmacy Tech Nick is so thorough and gets the job done. This young man always goes out of his way , Like no other. I appreciate him so much.

I was greeted as I came in the door by a very friendly cashier. The pharmacy. Staff got my medications and asked if I needed help from Pharmacist.
