I had such a terrible experience with one of the pharmacist having an attitude with me that I trasferred all my medications and all my family's medications. Some of the staff are great, others have terrible customer service. If you dont like sitting next to a window watching staff ignore you at a drive through, dont enjoy having three staff take an attitude with you TOGETHER over the phone, or enjoy having a petty pharmacist repeatedly dismiss your prescriptions in progress out of spite, chose another store. Also, if you take stimulants, get ready to take on the pharmacists judgement as well. I emailed Walgreens headquarters and complained and they never even responded.

The staff are amazing, Estelle, Jill, and the other ladies there. With the new Manager Justin he has turned the store around and is very involved with the customer's as well as staff vast improvement.

Horrible customer service. Very slow. Seems to always take 30 mins just to pick up an order. Asked about getting a vaccine shot. Was told to sign up online. Waited an hour to get the shot. Other customers walked in and got one without having to sign up. Apparently there is a preferred customer list. Horrible place. I'll be using a different pharmacy from now on. To top it all off, I had signed up for a flu vaccine. And told them verbally it was a flu vaccine I wanted. Then they offered to give it to me and brought out a Shingles vaccine! That scared me and I ran. Need to find some competent medical professionals!!

Pharmacist was very rude. Not only to customers but also to her techs. I will make the drive to another location or another pharmacy all together.

The fact they require paper receipts when they pushed everything to be digital and now refuse to refund my medications after ignoring and knowing AHCCCS won’t refund fills for things like GoodRX after they just did it for someone in the drive thru, get effed.

You make customers sign up for a stupid app and enter a password and verify an account just to use an "IN STORE" coupon to get the price advertised on the shelf? Come on....

Outside of panhandlers, homeless, apathetic pharmacy, slipshod photo department, this Walgreens is great! Shop here almost daily, never a dull moment.. Robert at 68.

After my experience with Jabin Davis today and yesterday after a misunderstanding, my prescription was canceled. I cannot get a refill now for three weeks and my prescription will sit at my mom's house while I do my best to deal with court and work for the first time since June of last year because my mental health is rough. I cannot recommend filling your prescription at this store if you are someone that takes medication for attention deficit disorder, he takes the shortage very seriously and will treat you as medication seeking if you show up a day early, accidentally, then lie about what day your prescription was filled if your second medication will be filled the next day. He is power tripping because he is also the manager. The pharmacy tech I spoke with to try to figure out what was going on clearly had reservations about his attitude with me as well. Do not go here unless you look like a straight American with a white collar office job, or are the elderly. Unfortunately I look like a punk with piercings and colored hair, and missing teeth from being abused. He probably thought I was an addict. I am just forgetful and easily excited. I have been using WALGREENS since I was a child and will not coming back personally even if it means I remain mentally unwell until he is fired or moves to a different pharmacy after the way he spoke to me on the phone and hung up. If you ask him why he is speaking to you (like an idiot, but I didn't say that) like that, he will accuse you of something, yell at you about being very patient, and hang up on you after saying he is legally only required to give you his name. I guess I'll just have to go in to find his certificate that is legally required to be on the wall in plain sight to find the information he refused to give over the phone.

Fire Jabin Davis if you want anyone but the elderly to shop here, he is going to scare away every customer that has any self respect. Even the pharmacy techs think he is abusive.

Jabin Davis is the reason I will not be going here after the way he treats people for the way they look and that they don't understand EXACTLY how their system and prescriptions work. If you have colored hair, missing teeth, or piercings, don't go here.

Would not accept Goodrx coupon. I have never had issues with Walmart or Osco accepting Goodrx coupons. Staff was rude and arrogant, not helpful at all. Won't be filling any more prescriptions at Walgreens. Very disappointing.

The pharmacy here isn't my favorite. I just moved here, and when they were taking all of my information (by reading the info on my prescriptions) they got both my old pharmacy's number and my number incorrect. They called me later that night claiming my old pharmacy doesn't exist (which is when I found out they wrote down their number wrong). A few days later I went to see if my prescription was ready. It was, and they put a phone number on the screen asking if I could confirm the last 4 digits of my phone number. They had it typed with 2 different area codes (one from where I'm from and an Arizona one). When I let them know the phone number they had for me wasn't right, the lady was extremely rude about it, and continued to be rude for the rest of the interaction
