Impossible to get a person on the phone. Voice response system doesn't offer the choice to speak to a person in the branch. I just have a simple question - do you provide Notary Public services at the branch? Also, the drive-up ATM is out of service a great deal of the time.

The worst bank tellers. They leave the customer standing in the window for any little thing. Is like they have to go ask someone else in the back. Please train your employees.. bunch of knuckle heads..
